江苏省城乡居民节能消费行为影响因素差异性分析及管理对策研究

【摘要】:社会发展对能源的依赖度越来越高,能源过度使用带来的环境问题也越来越严重。中国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,为解决工业污染、降低工业能耗出台了诸多政策。然而随着各项节能减排措施的出台和实施,工业节能的潜力已经越来越小,居民生活节能的潜力逐渐显露出来。目前政府大力扶持居民生活领域节能产业的发展,诸多的节能产品企业开始在市场上形成了明显的竞争态势,但也暴露出了一定的市场问题。问题的根源在于节能产品企业对居民的节能消费行为不够了解。基于此,本文立足于为节能产品的推广管理提供对策,以江苏省为例,对我国经济条件、生活方式明显不同的两类居民—城市居民和农村居民的能源消费行为展开了差异性研究,并探究了城乡居民节能消费行为影响因素的差异性。首先本研究基于以往居民节能消费研究的理论基础,构建了城乡居民节能消费行为及其影响因素差异性研究的研究模型,将居民的节能消费行为划分为购买选择行为和日常使用行为两个维度,将居民节能消费行为影响因素归类划分为个体因素、情境结构因素和社会人口统计变量三个维度。并在以往居民节能消费行为研究的基础上,构建了城乡居民节能消费行为及其影响因素差异性研究的研究量表。然后在江苏省的苏北、苏中、苏南选取代表性区域发放回收问卷,对问卷数据进行数据处理和汇总,并进行描述性统计分析、Pearson相关分析、回归分析和差异性检验,得出江苏省城乡居民节能消费行为及其影响因素产异性研究的结论。研究发现:第一,江苏省居民的节能消费行为存在城乡差异性。城市居民在节能消费行为上的表现总体优于农村居民,城市居民比农村居民更具有购买选择节能产品的倾向,而且在日常生活中也比农村居民更加倾向节能;第二,江苏省居民的购买选择行为影响因素存在城乡差异性。城市居民的购买选择行为与生活习惯与方式、低碳行为意愿、政策法规、环境价值观的相关性较强,农村居民的购买选择行为与宣传教育与信息反馈、社会技术、舒适偏好的相关性较强;第三,江苏省居民的日常使用行为影响因素存在城乡差异性。城市居民的日常使用行为与生活习惯与方式、节能知识、环境责任感、经济成本的相关性较强,农村居民的日常使用行为与低碳行为意愿、社会技术、节能知识的相关性较强。最后基于以上结论,本研究从政府角度出发给出了政策建议,从节能产品企业角度出发,给出了具体的管理对策建议。以期能够帮助规范节能产品市场竞争,增强节能产品企业的市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:Social development depends more and more on energy, and the environmental problems caused by excessive use of energy are becoming more and more serious. As the largest developing country in the world, China has issued many policies to solve industrial pollution and reduce industrial energy consumption. However, with the introduction and implementation of energy saving and emission reduction measures, the potential of industrial energy conservation has become smaller and smaller, and the potential of household energy saving has been gradually revealed. At present, the government has vigorously supported the development of energy-saving industry in the field of residents' life. Many enterprises of energy-saving products have begun to form an obvious competitive situation in the market, but also exposed certain market problems. The root of the problem lies in the energy-saving products enterprises do not understand the consumption behavior of residents. Based on this, this paper bases on providing countermeasures for the promotion and management of energy-saving products, taking Jiangsu Province as an example, to the economic conditions of our country. The difference of energy consumption behavior between urban residents and rural residents is studied, and the difference of influencing factors of energy saving consumption behavior of urban and rural residents is explored. First of all, based on the theoretical basis of the previous research on energy saving consumption of residents, the research model of the difference of energy saving consumption behavior and its influencing factors between urban and rural residents is established. The energy saving consumption behavior of residents is divided into two dimensions: purchase choice behavior and daily use behavior, and the influencing factors of energy saving consumption behavior are classified into three dimensions: individual factors, situational structure factors and socio-demographic variables. On the basis of the previous research on energy saving consumption behavior of residents, the research scale of the difference of energy saving consumption behavior and its influencing factors between urban and rural residents is constructed. Then, in the north of Jiangsu Province, in the middle of Jiangsu, and in the south of Jiangsu Province, the representative areas are selected to distribute the questionnaires, and then the data of the questionnaire are processed and summarized, and the descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis and difference test are carried out. The conclusion of the study on energy saving consumption behavior and its influencing factors of Jiangsu Province is drawn. The results show that: first, there are urban and rural differences in energy-saving consumption behavior of residents in Jiangsu Province. The performance of urban residents in energy saving consumption behavior is generally superior to that of rural residents. Urban residents have more tendency to buy and choose energy-saving products than rural residents, and they also tend to save energy more in daily life than rural residents. Second, There is a difference between urban and rural areas in the influencing factors of purchasing behavior of Jiangsu Province residents. Urban residents' purchase choice behavior and living habits and ways, low carbon behavior will, policies and regulations, environmental values, rural residents' purchase choice behavior and propaganda, education and information feedback, social technology, Comfort preference has a strong correlation; third, there is a difference between urban and rural areas in influencing factors of daily use behavior of Jiangsu residents. Urban residents' daily use behavior and living habits and ways, energy-saving knowledge, environmental responsibility, economic costs are strongly correlated, rural residents' daily use behavior and low-carbon behavior willingness, social technology, energy-saving knowledge is more relevant. Finally, based on the above conclusions, this study gives the policy recommendations from the perspective of the government, and from the perspective of energy-saving product enterprises, gives the specific management suggestions. In order to help standardize the market competition of energy-saving products, enhance the market competitiveness of energy-efficient products enterprises.
