【摘要】：正2016年7月,住房城乡建设部、国家发展改革委、财政部联合下发了《关于开展特色小镇培育工作的通知》,提出到2020年,培育1000个左右各具特色、富有活力的休闲旅游、商贸物流、现代制造、教育科技、传统文化、美丽宜居等特色小镇,并于当年10月评定出第一批共127个中国特色小镇。特色小镇的理念一经提出,迅速热了起来,各地政府很热,市场也很热。中国经济自进入新常态以来,出现这两种都热的情况非常少。政府热的很多,但市场不一定热,
[Abstract]:In July 2016, the Ministry of Housing Urban-Rural Construction, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the notice on the cultivation of small towns with characteristics, proposing that by 2020, about 1,000 leisure tourism with their own characteristics should be cultivated. Trade logistics, modern manufacturing, educational technology, traditional culture, beautiful and livable towns, and in October of that year, the first batch of 127 towns with Chinese characteristics.
