【摘要】："创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念是特色小镇持续健康发展的必然要求。特色小镇的培育建设必须紧紧依靠"五大发展理念"的引领,将"五大发展理念"贯穿于特色小镇培育建设的全过程。应着力实践培育目标的创新、产业产品的创新、运作模式的创新、制度供给的创新、考核机制创新。着力把握外部协调和Qg部协调的各方面关系。着力推进特色小镇的产业的绿色化、信用绿色化、生活绿色化、环境绿色化、制度绿色化。着力推动视野的开放、资本源头的开放、平台的开放、工具的开放、智力资源的开放。着力体现创新生态系统的共享性、政策服务的共享性、居民共同体和周边居民和更广泛人们的共享性。
