网络嵌入性与企业绩效关系文献综述——基于元分析的方法

【摘要】：当前创新理论研究中,对网络嵌入性与绩效关系的机理未达成一致意见,缺乏一个系统、客观的总结与评价。本文运用元分析方法对52篇有关网络嵌入性与绩效关系研究文献的10 365个独立样本进行分析,结果表明:从整体效应上看,网络嵌入性与企业绩效之间存在正相关性,且不同类型的网络嵌入性对绩效的影响有所差异;网络嵌入性测量维度数目、文献类型、研究层次和样本来源对网络嵌入性与绩效的关系有着显著的调节作用。本文采用元分析方法提炼的上述结论,一定程度上克服了传统文献综述方法缺乏量化支撑的缺陷与主观性,因而应更具有综合性、普适性。
[Abstract]:In the current research of innovation theory, there is no agreement on the mechanism of the relationship between network embeddedness and performance, and a systematic and objective summary and evaluation is lacking. In this paper, a meta-analysis method is used to analyze 10 365 independent samples of 52 literatures on the relationship between network embeddedness and performance. The results show that there is a positive correlation between network embeddedness and firm performance in terms of overall effect. Different types of network embeddedness have different effects on performance, and the number of dimensions of network embeddedness measurement, literature types, research levels and sample sources have a significant role in regulating the relationship between network embeddedness and performance. In this paper, the conclusion extracted by meta-analysis method overcomes to some extent the defects and subjectivity of the traditional literature review method, which is lack of quantitative support, so it should be more comprehensive and universal.
