城市哲学视域下的慢城建设研究

【摘要】：本论文聚焦当代中国狂飙突进的城市化进程中所凸显的问题与矛盾,既借鉴西方发达工业国家于后工业社会语境中正蓬勃兴起的作为生活方式的慢城运动,又借鉴西方发达工业国家曾经遭遇的、与三次工业化进程相伴而行的城市化困境,为刚刚进入工业化后期却又必须正面接受西方后工业社会发展模式挑战的中国从城市哲学层面探索城市建设新模式,即“慢城建设”,期望在实践上为中国未竟的工业化建设事业注入新的活力,在理论上尝试具有中国特色的城市哲学话语。本文认为1999年于意大利小镇布拉兴起的“慢城”(Slow City)运动标志着一种新的城市建设模式正在兴起,本文从城市哲学视域研究一种新的城市建设模式——“慢城建设”。慢城建设的出现是在现代科学技术条件下产生的一种独特的城市空间生产形式。以城市哲学的相关思想和自然辩证法中快慢的辩证法原理分析慢城建设现象背后蕴含的生态理念和生态规律,探索慢城建设这种新的城市建设模式,启发人们在理论上思考城市哲学的新发展,探索慢城空间生产形态在生态文明时代对我国新型城镇化建设的意义和价值。2010年11月我国第一慢城——南京高淳桠溪慢城建设实践及其他诸多后续的慢城建设实践在独特的时代背景下折射出全新的城市哲学思维。城市哲学是城市本质论、城市价值论、城市发展论的有机结合,是对“什么是好的城市,如何建构好的城市”做出系统的哲学探索。
[Abstract]:This thesis focuses on the problems and contradictions in the process of urbanization in contemporary China, and draws lessons from the slow city movement as a way of life that is booming in the context of post-industrial society in the developed industrial countries of the West. Drawing lessons from the plight of urbanization experienced by the developed industrial countries in the West and accompanied by the process of the third industrialization, For China, which has just entered the late stage of industrialization and has to accept the challenge of the western post-industrial social development model, it explores the new mode of urban construction from the level of urban philosophy, that is, "slow city construction". In practice, the author hopes to inject new vitality into China's unfinished industrial construction, and theoretically try to explore the city philosophy discourse with Chinese characteristics. This paper holds that the "slow City" movement, which rose in the Italian town of Bra in 1999, marks the rise of a new mode of urban construction. This paper studies a new mode of urban construction from the perspective of urban philosophy-"slow City Construction". The emergence of slow city construction is a unique form of urban space production under the condition of modern science and technology. This paper analyzes the ecological concept and ecological law behind the phenomenon of slow city construction by analyzing the theory of quick and slow dialectics in the dialectics of nature and city philosophy, and explores the new urban construction mode of slow city construction. Enlighten people to think about the new development of urban philosophy in theory, To explore the significance and value of the space production form of slow city in the age of ecological civilization for the construction of new urbanization in China. The practice of constructing the first slow city in Nanjing in November 2010 and the construction practice of the slow city in Gaoshunyaxi, Nanjing, and many other follow-up slow city construction Under the unique background of the times, Jian reflects a new thinking of urban philosophy. Urban philosophy is an organic combination of urban essence theory, urban value theory and urban development theory. It is a systematic philosophical exploration of "what is a good city and how to construct a good city".
