国家发展改革委发布《地热能开发利用“十三五”规划》

【摘要】：正国家发展改革委、国土资源部及国家能源局共同编制的《地热能开发利用"十三五"规划》(发改能源[2017]158号,以下简称《规划》)日前发布。《规划》明确,"十三五"时期,新增地热能供暖(制冷)面积11亿m~2;新增地热发电装机容量500 MW。到2020年,地热供暖(制冷)面积累计达到16亿m~2,地热发电装机容量约530 MW。2020年,地热能年利用量7 000万t标准煤,地热能供暖年利用量4 000万t标准煤。京津冀地区地热能年利用量达到约2 000万t标准煤。
[Abstract]:The National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Land and Resources and the State Energy Administration jointly prepared the 13th Five-Year Plan for the Development and Utilization of Geothermal Energy (Development and Transformation of Energy [2017] 158, hereinafter referred to as "the Plan"). New geothermal heating (refrigeration) area of 1.1 billion mm2, additional geothermal power generation capacity of 500MW. By 2020, the total area of geothermal heating (refrigeration) has reached 1.6 billion mm2, the installed capacity of geothermal power generation is about 530MW. 2020, the annual utilization of geothermal energy is 70 million t standard coal, and the annual utilization of geothermal heating is 40 million t standard coal. The annual utilization of geothermal energy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area is about 20 million tons of standard coal.
