区域视角下产业结构演进及城镇化发展研究

【摘要】：城镇化发展水平是衡量一个地区经济、社会发展情况的重要指标之一,对科学合理的区域构建有着重要的意义。合理、有序的城镇化,能够促进生产率提高、带动经济增长,发挥城镇区域的集聚效应,降低内部交易成本,提高经济运行的效率。产业结构的依次演进是城镇化发展的基础。随着社会生产力的提高、生产效率的加快,生产开始集中化和规模化,优势产业逐渐由第一产业向第二、三产业转变,人口、资本等生产要素逐步由农村向城镇集中,人口及空间的城镇化由此引发。基于产业结构演进的角度研究我国及各地区的城镇化动力机制,有利于进一步了解我国及东、中、西部各地区的产业结构与城镇化的发展模式,对于合理构建和优化我国的城镇化动力系统、缩小区域差异、促进区域间协调发展及区域内可持续发展有着重要意义。在城镇化发展的不同阶段,产业结构构成对城镇化产生的影响错综复杂。我国及国内各区域因受区位因素、资源禀赋、历史条件等因素的影响,城镇化发展进程也存在一定程度的差异。因此,本文采用中国2000年到2014年的省级面板数据,分别构建了全国以及东、中、西部三个地区的产业结构演进与城镇化发展模型,将钱纳里关于产业结构演变和城镇化发展的一般模式的研究与我国各区域产业结构与城镇化的演化特征相结合,从产业结构演进的角度,具体分析在城镇化发展的不同阶段,我国及东、中、西部各地区城镇化动力机制。全文共五个章节,第一章主要对国内外的与产业结构和城镇化互动机制有关的理论进行了归纳和总结,并阐述了研究该命题的实际意义。第二章对我国产业结构的演进历程和城镇化发展的历程进行了概括和总结,通过对产业结构演进及城镇化发展沿革的深化研究,结合钱纳里的理论,总结了产业结构演变与城镇化发展的一般变动模式,为第三章厘清产业结构变化对城镇化率的影响提供了理论基础。第三章及第四章在钱纳里的理论基础上运用面板数据,构建模型,分别对我国及东、中、西部三个地区的产业结构演进对城镇化率的影响进行定量分析。并基于模型结果,详细地分析了目前我国及各区域城镇化发展的动力机制。最后,本文在第五章对全文进行了总结和展望。结合第三章和第四章的模型结果,指出城镇化发展存在的问题,进一步阐述了如何从产业结构角度优化各地区的城镇化动力系统,加快城镇化发展速度、推动城镇化的可持续发展。研究结果发现,以工业为主的第二产业仍是我国整体城镇化发展的主要动力,但我国各地区城镇化发展的主要动力和制约因素不尽相同。我国东、中、西部的经济发展水平和工业化进程都存在较大差异,不同地区处于产业结构演进及城镇化发展的不同阶段,产业结构与城镇化发展之间存在较为复杂的关系。推进城镇化发展,需要根据不同地区实际,制定差异化发展战略。
