平衡计分卡在安泊客公司绩效管理中的应用研究
[Abstract]:At present, the global economic development situation is complex and severe, and the economic development of the developed countries is slowing down obviously, while the economic growth rate of the developing countries has increased. The overall trend of the industrial economy of our country is "slow and moderate stabilization and limited recovery." The car park industry has been developed rapidly because of the rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles in recent years. At the same time, it has also brought about a sharp increase in the number of enterprises in the car park industry, which makes the competition in the industry increasingly fierce. Facing the current fierce competition situation, Amberke Company urgently needs to improve the performance management level of the company, so as to strengthen the competitive strength of the company and ensure the sustainable development of the company. Based on the research of domestic and foreign economic situation and domestic parking management industry environment, based on the theory of performance management and balanced Scorecard, this paper draws lessons from the relevant literature of domestic balanced Scorecard practice. By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the performance management of Amberger Company, the necessity and feasibility of implementing the balanced Scorecard in the performance management of Amberke Company are expounded. It also analyzes the causality between the four dimensions of corporate finance, customer, internal process, learning and growth, and the specific factors that drive the company strategy, and draws the balanced scorecard, which is oriented by the company's strategic objectives at all levels. Then it discusses the application of the performance appraisal result based on the balanced scorecard, and realizes the application of the balanced scorecard in the performance management of Amberke Company. And through the corresponding implementation safeguard measures to ensure that the balanced Scorecard is successfully applied in the performance management, thus greatly improve the performance management level of the company. As a performance management tool, the balanced Scorecard has been widely used in many industries at home and abroad, and has achieved very good results. Through the research on the application of balanced scorecard in the performance management of Amberke Company, the purpose of this paper is to promote the performance level of the staff and the company through the application of the balanced Scorecard in the performance management of Amberke Company, and then to promote the long-term development of the company. At the same time, through this applied research, I hope to provide reference and reference for the performance management of other enterprises in parking industry, and then develop and perfect the research of balanced Scorecard in the performance management of parking industry. Through the practical application to promote the balanced Scorecard performance management theory progress.
