【摘要】：正在我国,PPP模式虽是近几年开始推广,但这种模式的运用却可以从古典文学作品中掠见其影。《红楼梦》第五十六回"敏探春兴利除宿弊贤宝钗小惠全大体"中,贾探春与薛宝钗对大观园进行管理,为了改变贾府的管理弊端,富有创意地推出了一个全新的改革举措:把大观园分包给几个本分老成、能知园圃事的老妈们收拾料理,除家中定例用外,余者任凭他们去取利。这样一来,一个消费性的大观园就被改造成了一个生产性的种植园,捉襟见肘的贾
