众筹第四方及其发展研究

【摘要】:鉴于原有三方主体的概念已不能全面反映众筹市场参与者及其行为,提出众筹第四方的概念,分析其群体构成、作用和参与动机,并针对其发展相对缓慢的状况,提出促进发展的建议。众筹第四方概念拓展了众筹市场参与者的研究范围,分析其动机和行为影响因素,从而设计相应的促进机制,有助于动员更多社会资源参与到众筹模式中,对推动众筹发展有现实的价值。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the original concept of the tripartite main body can no longer fully reflect the market participants and their behavior, the concept of the fourth party of crowdfunding is put forward, its group composition, role and motivation for participation are analyzed, and in view of its relatively slow development, Recommendations for development The concept of crowdfunding fourth party expands the research scope of crowdfunding market participants, analyzes their motivation and behavioral factors, and designs corresponding promotion mechanisms, which helps to mobilize more social resources to participate in crowdfunding model.
