盐城市盐都区餐饮行业食品安全监管问题研究
[Abstract]:Along with the improvement of the quality of life, the public is paying more and more attention to the health problem. Food, as the basic element of human survival, must be paid more attention to. Catering industry as an important part of it is not to be ignored. In recent years, food safety incidents in the domestic catering industry have occurred more frequently. The online catering platform "hungry," which was exposed at the 2016 "3 / 15" party, is "hungry," black heart workshop, and KFC behind the kitchen black screen. In recent years, Jibaijia tableware has not been disinfected, which not only directly threatens the people's life, but also greatly reduces the public credibility of the government. The problems of food safety supervision in the grass-roots catering industry are complex and diverse. Under the new situation, the problems existing in the catering industry are objectively analyzed, and scientific and effective measures are put forward to improve the food safety supervision system. The issue of ensuring the safety of the people's diet. Taking Yandu District of Yancheng City as an example, this paper explores the food safety risk of catering industry in this area, summarizes the current food safety supervision activities and types of common problems in this area, and makes an objective analysis. Starting from the grass roots, we should build a scientific and effective food safety supervision system, improve it according to the actual situation, and provide countermeasures. This paper studies the food safety problem in Yandu district of Yancheng city, which is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter expounds the background, significance of the research and a summary of domestic and foreign research. In the second chapter, the meaning of food safety and food safety is explained, and the related theories are briefly described. The third chapter analyzes the evolution of food and beverage regulatory system and the current situation of food regulation system in Yandu district. Chapter four analyzes the problems of food supervision in Yandu district of Yancheng city. Chapter five analyzes the reasons of inductive problems. The sixth chapter, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the basic food safety supervision. The seventh chapter is the conclusion.
