中西部地区人口就近城镇化意愿的代际-性别差异研究

【摘要】：基于对中西部地区15个省份农业转移人口就近城镇化意愿的问卷调查数据,以社会认同度为研究视角,构建多群组结构方程模型,实证分析了中西部地区人口就近城镇化意愿的代际差异、性别差异及其主要影响因素。研究结果表明:中西部地区农业转移人口就近城镇化意愿整体偏低,农业转移人口的个人特征对其就近城镇化意愿的影响存在明显差异;不同代际及性别的农业转移人口的社会认同度与其就近城镇化意愿显著正相关,且第一代女性农业转移人口受到的影响作用更明显。从各项指标来看,新生代农业转移人口的就近城镇化意愿受职业技能水平、子女教育状况、职业升迁机会、户籍状况、与市民的关系、工作环境、工作时长、居住条件等因素的影响均大于第一代农业转移人口。女性农业转移人口更关注子女教育水平、工作环境、工作时长、居住条件和物价水平。
[Abstract]:Based on the questionnaire data of the urbanization intention of the agricultural transfer population in 15 provinces in the central and western regions, a multi-group structural equation model was constructed from the perspective of social identity. This paper empirically analyzes the intergenerational differences, gender differences and their main influencing factors of the urbanization intention of the population in the central and western regions. The results show that the willingness to urbanization of the agricultural transfer population in the central and western regions is relatively low, and the influence of the individual characteristics of the agricultural transfer population on the urbanization will of the nearby region is obviously different; The degree of social identity of different generations and genders of agricultural transfer population was significantly positively correlated with their urbanization intention, and the effect of the first generation of female agricultural transfer population was more obvious. Judging from the various indicators, the willingness of the new generation of agricultural transfer population to urbanization is affected by the level of vocational skills, the educational status of their children, the opportunity for career advancement, the status of household registration, the relationship with the citizens, the working environment, and the length of the working time. Living conditions and other factors are greater than the first generation of agricultural transfer population. Female agricultural transfer population pays more attention to their children's education level, working environment, working hours, living conditions and price level.
