人才支撑对皖北地区产业升级影响的空间计量分析

【摘要】:产业转型升级是皖北地区实现跨越式发展的必由之路,而人才支撑是推动皖北地区经济社会发展的重要手段。通过采用普通面板回归和空间计量方法实证分析了人才支撑对皖北地区产业结构升级的影响。研究发现,在不加入空间因素的情况下,平均受教育年限、第三产业从业人员比重对产业结构升级具有正向影响;管理人员比重对产业结构升级是负向影响。在加入空间因素之后,三次产业从业人口占比、管理人员比重对产业结构升级影响没有变化,但受教育年限对产业结构升级变为负向影响。
[Abstract]:Industrial transformation and upgrading is the only way to realize leap-forward development in northern Anhui, and talent support is an important means to promote economic and social development in northern Anhui. The influence of talent support on the upgrading of industrial structure in Northern Anhui is analyzed by using ordinary panel regression and spatial measurement methods. It is found that the proportion of employees in the tertiary industry has a positive effect on the upgrading of industrial structure without adding spatial factors, and the proportion of managers has a negative effect on the upgrading of industrial structure. After the spatial factor was added, the proportion of the third industry employed population, the proportion of managers had no change on the upgrading of industrial structure, but the number of years of education had a negative effect on the upgrading of industrial structure.
