基于引力模型与轴辐理论的省域物流网络构建研究

【摘要】:十三五以来,随着经济全球化进程加快及电子商务快速成长,目前由于省域物流缺少统一的规划导致物流成本的上升、物流资源分配不合理等问题出现。而且关于区域物流轴点及腹地范围确定的研究,缺乏科学客观及适用的研究方法。因此,本文提出引入引力模型和多枢纽混合式轴辐物流网络相结合的研究方法,构建省域内物流网络。论文对区域物流网络相关概念、类型和结构特点分析,提出了构建多枢纽混合式的轴辐网络。在对区域轴辐物流网络理论分析基础上,引入引力模型,以熵权-TOPSIS法来确定"物流的质量"。用K-means聚类分析法,把省域内的各市级进行分类,从而确立省域内轴心辐点枢纽城市。用加权公式计算的方法计算出各市之间的引力强度,利用理论测算出区域内各城市间的物流的隶属度,进一步确认轴心、辐点及各个轴心城市腹地的范围。最后,利用多枢纽混合式的轴辐理论建立省域的物流网络,并对构建的物流网络进行优化。实证分析以安徽省为例,以2015年截面数据为样本,建立影响省域内市区物流竞争力的评价指标,从而得出"物流质量"大小。基于引力模型和多枢纽混合式轴辐理论,运用熵权-TOPSIS及物流隶属度原则对省域内城市物流竞争力,最终确定以合肥、芜湖、阜阳、蚌埠、安庆等五个城市为轴心城市,也可称为物流枢纽城市。构建起安徽省物流网络的主框架,确立轴心城市和辐心城市之间连接起支线通道与两条强引力通道,形成安徽省区域物流网络体系,丰富并界定引力模型与轴辐理论的实证范围,为物流中心、物流园区等微观物流节点确立及整合区域物流资源提供科学依据。
[Abstract]:Since the 13th Five-Year Plan, with the acceleration of economic globalization and the rapid growth of e-commerce, the logistics cost has risen due to the lack of unified planning in provincial logistics, and the unreasonable distribution of logistics resources has emerged. Moreover, the research on the determination of regional logistics axle point and hinterland is lack of scientific, objective and applicable research methods. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of combining gravity model with multi-hub hybrid axis-spoke logistics network to construct the logistics network in the province. In this paper, the concepts, types and structure characteristics of regional logistics network are analyzed, and a hybrid axis-spoke network with multi-hub is proposed. Based on the theoretical analysis of regional axis-spoke logistics network, the gravity model is introduced to determine the "quality of logistics" by entropy weight TOPSIS method. By using the K-means cluster analysis, the cities in the province are classified, and the hub cities of the axis-spoke point in the province are established. The gravity intensity between cities is calculated by the method of weighted formula, the membership degree of logistics among cities in the region is calculated by using theory, and the range of axis center, point of spoke and the hinterland of each axis city is further confirmed. Finally, the provincial logistics network is established by using the theory of multi-hub hybrid axle and spoke, and the logistics network is optimized. Taking Anhui Province as an example, taking the 2015 section data as the sample, the paper establishes the evaluation index that affects the competitiveness of the urban logistics in the province, and then obtains the size of "logistics quality". Based on gravity model and hybrid axis-spoke theory of multi-hub, this paper applies entropy weight TOPSIS and logistics membership principle to the logistics competitiveness of cities in the province, and finally determines that five cities such as Hefei, Wuhu, Fuyang, Bengbu and Anqing are the axis cities. Also can be called logistics hub city. The main frame of the logistics network of Anhui Province is constructed, and the regional logistics network system of Anhui Province is formed by establishing the connection between the axis city and the radial city and the two strong gravitational channels. It enriches and defines the empirical scope of gravity model and axis-spoke theory, and provides scientific basis for establishing and integrating regional logistics resources for micro logistics nodes such as logistics center, logistics park and so on.
