廊坊供电公司仓储与配送管理体系研究
[Abstract]:Power grid construction is a costly project, in the construction process will use a number of equipment and materials, resulting in a large number of grid enterprises transport and distribution of goods costs are very high. At the same time, the material distribution efficiency of power grid enterprises directly affects the construction and results of power grid projects. Whether the storage of materials and equipment and the distribution of materials and materials can achieve high efficiency and high level will directly affect the construction of power grid projects and whether the power grid projects can be maximized. Therefore, it is urgent and necessary to study the storage logistics and the distribution of equipment and materials in power grid enterprises. In order to achieve the effect of high efficiency, low cost, convenient storage and uniform storage of materials, centralized and unified purchasing must be adopted. Scientific and efficient distribution management and planning. On the basis of detailed analysis of domestic and foreign warehouse distribution and management experience of power grid materials, this paper analyzes and explains the significance of warehouse distribution management and optimization of Langfang power supply company. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) starting with the concept and definition of logistics, this paper expounds the basic concepts and principles of warehouse inventory management and distribution management. Thus combing the basic theoretical framework of grid warehousing management and distribution optimization. (2) the basic status of material distribution and management of Langfang Power supply Company is expounded and studied, and combined with the foreign grid enterprise warehousing and distribution management situation. For example, the comparative study of some advantages and disadvantages of NG North American Branch and Duke Energy Company, and then put forward the necessity of implementing warehousing and distribution management planning of China's power grid company. (3) establish the optimization model of warehousing and distribution management of Langfang Power supply Company. And from the distribution management mode, the distribution management process, the third party logistics carrier management and the distribution management specific responsibility and so on, detailed explanation optimization mode concrete content. (4) constructs Langfang power supply company warehousing distribution network optimization model, A network optimization model based on ant colony optimization algorithm is proposed, and the specific optimization steps are determined. Finally, the specific parameters are obtained to achieve the optimal results. (5) the actual situation of warehousing and distribution network of Langfang Power supply Company is simulated. The improved ant colony algorithm is used for empirical analysis. The results show that the algorithm is efficient and fast, and the result is consistent with the real one. Using this algorithm to optimize the warehousing and distribution network of Langfang Power supply Company can effectively reduce the cost of logistics management improve the overall quality of the company and play an important role in the rational allocation of resources.
