肉类食品安全监管问题与对策研究
[Abstract]:In the human food structure, meat food occupies a considerable proportion. With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people's living standard, meat food plays a more and more important role in the diet structure of urban and rural residents in China. However, in recent years, meat food safety has been a hot issue of public concern. This also exposes some problems existing in our country's meat food safety supervision. This paper makes an investigation of the problems, starting from the analysis of related concepts, through analyzing the current situation of meat food safety supervision in China, to find out where the problems lie. Combined with the experience and lessons of meat food safety supervision in developed countries, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve the meat food safety supervision in China. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part discusses the research background and significance of this paper, and reviews the relevant studies at home and abroad, and puts forward the innovation and shortcomings of this paper. The second part is related concepts and theoretical analysis, the main concepts and theories involved in this paper are discussed. The third part is to analyze the current situation and existing problems of meat food safety supervision in China. Previous studies have pointed out that there are many problems in the field of food safety supervision in China, such as imperfect laws. This paper holds that the more fundamental problem is that there is an urgent need to deepen the coordination mechanism in the regulatory system of meat food safety. Industry association self-discipline and media social supervision exist negative, abnormal problems. The fourth part investigates the practices and experiences of the United States, European Union, Japan and other countries and regions in the area of meat food safety supervision, and analyzes the implications of these experiences for the supervision of meat food safety in China. The fifth part is the countermeasure suggestion part. Previous research results have put forward a lot of countermeasures and suggestions on specific measures. Based on the relevant research results, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the safety supervision of meat food in China from three aspects of principles. That is, the supervision system strengthens the cooperation, the main body encourages the public participation, and the supervision direction strengthens the cooperation.
