基于DEA方法的我国城市基础设施投资效率评价研究

【摘要】：本文运用数据包络线分析方法 (DEA)构建城市基础设施投入产出效率评价指标,对2006~2015年我国内地31个省、直辖市和自治区城市基础设施建设投资效率进行了评估。评估结果表明,我国城市基础设施投资综合效率偏低,主要原因是纯技术效率低,大部分城市基础设施投资处于规模无效状态。京津沪琼和边疆少数民族地区的城市基础设施投资配置相对效率高,中部地区城市基础设施投资相对效率明显过低。
[Abstract]:Based on the data envelopment analysis method (DEA), this paper evaluates the input-output efficiency of urban infrastructure in 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2006 to 2015. The evaluation results show that the comprehensive efficiency of urban infrastructure investment in China is on the low side, which is mainly due to the low efficiency of pure technology and the inefficient scale of most urban infrastructure investments. The relative efficiency of urban infrastructure investment in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Qiong and borderland minority areas is relatively high, and the relative efficiency of urban infrastructure investment in central region is obviously too low.
