青藏地区世居少数民族就业质量状况及影响因素分析--基于527名世居少数民族成员的调查

【摘要】:通过对527名世居少数民族成员的调查,基于工资报酬、就业稳定性、社会保险的完全性、工作生活平衡度及职业发展等五个方面对就业质量进行了实证描述,并从民族特征、宗教信仰等两个方面界定了先赋因素,从技能培训、教育提升和信息传播等三个方面界定了后致因素,通过回归分析探讨了这两个因素五个方面对就业质量的影响。研究表明,青藏地区世居少数民族就业质量总体水平较低,先赋因素和后致因素对就业质量的影响总体比较显著。研究认为,提高市场化程度,开发一批符合当地实际的产业及大力提高教育水平和完善培训机制有助于提高世居少数民族成员的就业质量。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of 527 members of ethnic minorities, this paper describes the employment quality from five aspects: wage compensation, employment stability, the completeness of social insurance, the degree of work-life balance and career development. This paper defines the factors of preexisting in two aspects of religious belief, including skill training, education promotion and information dissemination, and probes into the influence of these two factors on the quality of employment through regression analysis. The study shows that the overall level of employment quality of the ethnic minorities living in Qinghai-Tibet is low, and the influence of the first factor and the later factor on the quality of employment is significant. It is believed that improving the degree of marketization, developing a group of industries which are in line with the local reality, improving the education level and perfecting the training mechanism will help to improve the employment quality of the members of the ethnic minority living in the world.
