浅析快速城市化进程带来的环境资源问题

【摘要】：文章阐述了我国快速城市化进程中存在的一些环境问题,分析了形成问题的现状和原因,并针对性地提出了若干建议,认为应该大力宣传节约资源的环保理念,完善地方法规,分散城市功能,合理规划布局,兴建卫星城市,采用先进的管理和技术手段,加强污染物的治理,达到污染物达标排放,对可利用污染物进行无害化资源化处理,实现资源的循环利用,等等。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds some environmental problems existing in the process of rapid urbanization in China, analyzes the present situation and causes of the forming problems, and puts forward some suggestions in order to propagate the idea of saving resources and improve the local laws and regulations. Dispersing urban functions, rationally planning and layout, building satellite cities, adopting advanced management and technical means, strengthening the treatment of pollutants, reaching the standard of discharge of pollutants, and making harmless and resourceful treatment of usable pollutants, To realize the recycling of resources, and so on.
