滨海地区城市水安全弹性分析——以中国112个城市为例

【摘要】:利用2000-2015年间中国滨海地区112个地级以上城市的排水管道数据,分析了城市建成区排水管道密度及其变化情况,通过初始排水管道密度、末期排水管道密度和排水管道密度变化幅度三项指标计算出城市水安全弹性综合得分。在此基础上,将中国滨海地区112个地级市的城市水安全弹性分为高、较高、中等、较低和低五个等级,分析了滨海地区城市水安全弹性现状。结果显示:弹性等级越高,城市排水管道密度变化幅度越大;在空间分布上,长江三角洲地区的弹性整体高于环渤海地区和东南沿海地区;在研究期内,大部分城市排水管道密度有所增加,且2000-2005年期间变化较为明显。
[Abstract]:Based on the drainage pipeline data of 112 cities above prefecture level in coastal areas of China from 2000 to 2015, the density and variation of drainage pipes in urban built-up areas are analyzed. The comprehensive scores of urban water safety elasticity are calculated by three indexes: initial drainage pipe density, final drainage pipeline density and drainage pipeline density. On this basis, the urban water safety elasticity of 112 prefecture-level cities in coastal areas of China is divided into five grades: high, medium, low and low, and the present situation of urban water safety elasticity in coastal areas is analyzed. The results show that the higher the elastic grade is, the greater the density of urban drainage pipes varies; in terms of spatial distribution, the elasticity of the Yangtze River Delta is higher than that of Bohai Rim and southeast coastal areas as a whole. During the study period, the density of drainage pipes in most cities increased, and the change was obvious from 2000 to 2005.
