Job Shop作业车间多智能配送单元物料配送策略研究

【摘要】:随着社会对小批量、多品种的柔性生产线的青睐,Job Shop作业车间越来越受到企业的重视,而物料配送作为车间生产过程中的关键环节自然而然也成为许多专家学者的研究方向,一个及时、准确、高效的物料配送方案既能够保证生产过程的持续性和稳定性,也可以大幅提高生产效率,降低生产成本。针对当前物料配送存在的缺乏有效规划、效率低、成本高等问题,本文重点从物料配送策略进行研究,从而实现对物料配送的优化。本文首先阐述课题的研究背景及意义,并通过物料配送模型与配送系统、实时控制方法和配送路径优化三个方面介绍物料配送研究现状。然后对物料配送的概念、特点、目标、构成因素以及求解方法进行阐述。根据作业车间时间窗限制、容量限制等约束条件,建立以最短配送路径为目标的单任务型物料配送策略模型和多任务型物料配送策略模型,并设计相应的LINGO程序和自适应遗传算法对其进行求解,从而得到经济、实用的配送方案,对配送过程起到一定的指导作用。最后通过算例分析验证模型及算法的合理性、有效性。
[Abstract]:With the favor of small batch and multi-variety flexible production line in society, Job Shop workshop has been paid more and more attention by enterprises, and material distribution, as the key link in workshop production process, has naturally become the research direction of many experts and scholars. A timely, accurate and efficient material distribution scheme can not only ensure the continuity and stability of the production process, but also greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost. In order to solve the problems of lack of effective planning, low efficiency and high cost of material distribution, this paper focuses on the research of material distribution strategy, so as to realize the optimization of material distribution. In this paper, the research background and significance of the subject are described, and the research status of material distribution is introduced from three aspects: material distribution model and distribution system, real-time control method and distribution path optimization. Then the concept, characteristics, objectives, constituent factors and solving methods of material distribution are described. According to the constraints such as time window limitation and capacity limitation of job shop, the single task material distribution strategy model and multi task material distribution strategy model aiming at the shortest distribution path are established, and the corresponding LINGO program and adaptive genetic algorithm are designed to solve them, so as to obtain an economical and practical distribution scheme, which plays a certain guiding role in the distribution process. Finally, an example is given to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
