人力资本积累对我国经济增长影响的机制分析

【摘要】：随着我国可转移劳动力存量的下降,以提高劳动生产力水平为目的的人力资本积累或是未来推动我国经济发展方式转变的重要动力之一。将资本利用率与代表人力资本积累的劳动生产力作为内生因素引入RBC模型,检验了各主要经济指标对这两个因素的脉冲响应。研究结果发现:在我国经济起飞阶段,人力资本对总产出的贡献要大于资本利用率增长的贡献;相对于资本利用率,以提高劳动生产力水平、降低单位劳动成本的人力资本积累,或是解决我国短期产业加速转移及产业升级滞后所带来的经济增速放缓的有效手段。
[Abstract]:With the decline of transferable labor stock in China, the accumulation of human capital for the purpose of improving the level of labor productivity or one of the important driving forces to promote the transformation of China's economic development mode in the future. The capital utilization rate and labor productivity, which represent the accumulation of human capital, are introduced into the RBC model as endogenic factors, and the impulse responses of the main economic indicators to these two factors are tested. The results show that in the stage of economic take-off, the contribution of human capital to the total output is greater than that of the increase of capital utilization ratio, and the effective means to improve the level of labor productivity, reduce the accumulation of human capital per unit labor cost, or solve the slowdown of economic growth caused by the accelerated transfer of short-term industries and the lag of industrial upgrading in China.
