农业旱灾风险管理中农业旱灾保险与自我保险的关系研究

【摘要】：Ehrlich和Becker(1972)在对保险需求的经典研究中得出自我保险和市场保险是相互替代的。但在农业旱灾风险管理中,农业旱灾保险和自我保险的关系还有待明确。因此,本文通过采用无差异曲线框架下的理论分析和多元线性回归分析模型的实证分析相结合的方法,对农业旱灾风险管理中的自我保险与农业旱灾保险的关系进行了研究。结论表明,现有的农业旱灾保险制度设计是可行的。并且,在此制度设计下,农业旱灾风险管理中的自我保险和农业旱灾保险可以共存,但农业旱灾保险对自我保险存在有限替代作用。而通过同时提高农业旱灾保险保障水平和减少自我保险成本能够使农业旱灾风险管理水平最大化。
[Abstract]:Ehrlich and Becker (1972) in the classic study on insurance demand in the insurance market and the self insurance are substitutes. But in the agricultural drought disaster risk management, the relationship between agricultural drought insurance and self insurance remains to be defined. Therefore, this paper uses regression analysis method empirical analysis model of the combination of theoretical analysis and multivariate linear difference curve under the framework of the free, relation of agricultural drought risk management in self insurance and agricultural drought insurance were studied. Results show that the design of the existing system of agricultural drought insurance is feasible. And this system design, self insurance and insurance of agricultural drought risk management in agricultural drought can coexist. But the agricultural drought insurance for limited self insurance through the substitution effect. At the same time improve the agricultural drought insurance level and reduce the cost of self insurance can make agriculture The level of drought risk management is maximized.
