【摘要】：正近年来,我国年金市场的规模稳步扩大,中小企业成为我国技术创新与经济社会发展的重要力量,但是,企业年金的发展却比较缓慢。推出集合企业年金计划,可以有效解决中小企业在企业年金计划中面临的问题,是当前我国中小企业建立企业年金制度的现实选择。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale of pension market in China has steadily expanded, small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important force of technological innovation and economic and social development in China, but. The development of enterprise pension is relatively slow. The introduction of collective enterprise pension plan can effectively solve the problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in enterprise pension plan.
