G财险公司绩效管理体系优化及促进措施

【摘要】:近年来,随着绩效管理理念的普及,越来越多的企业意识到绩效管理有助于实现企业战略目标、提高企业绩效,众多企业开始投入财力人力进行绩效管理体系建设,但由于大多数企业对绩效管理理解尚存在一定的误区,导致绩效管理实施后并没有取得预期的成效。许多企业经营者对绩绩效管理的实际应用产生了一定的困惑,探索如何设计科学合理的绩效管理系统,,从而能够真正地符合企业实际,促进企业绩效提高。 本文选择的研究对象财产保险公司经营范围主要包括:财产损失保险、责任保险、信用保险和保证保险等业务。公司在经营管理的各个方面都沿袭了老国企的许多作风,成立以来,一直将更多的注意力放在业务成长方面,忽视企业内部员工绩效管理工作。但随着公司业务的不断壮大,从业人员越来越多,岗位也日益精细化,原有沿袭老国企的绩效考核办法已经不适应公司目前的发展情况。作者从G财险公司绩效管理的现状分析出发,在绩效管理主要理论的基础上,运用访谈、调查问卷等研究方法,探索出改进G财险公司绩效管理体系的思路和方法,对G财险公司的绩效管理体系进行了优化设计。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the popularity of the concept of performance management, more and more enterprises realize that performance management helps to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises and improve corporate performance. Many enterprises began to invest financial resources and manpower to build the performance management system, but because of the majority of enterprises to the performance management understanding there are still some misunderstanding. As a result, the implementation of performance management has not achieved the expected results. Many business operators have a certain degree of confusion about the actual application of performance management, explore how to design a scientific and reasonable performance management system. In order to truly conform to the reality of the enterprise, promote the performance of the enterprise. The business scope of property insurance company mainly includes: property loss insurance, liability insurance. Credit insurance and guarantee insurance and other business. In all aspects of the management of the company has followed the old state-owned enterprises many style, since its establishment, has been paying more attention to business growth. Ignore the performance management of employees in the enterprise. But with the continuous expansion of the company's business, more and more employees, posts are increasingly refined. The original performance appraisal method of the old state-owned enterprises has not adapted to the current development of the company. The author from the G property insurance company performance management analysis of the status quo, on the basis of the main theory of performance management, the use of interviews. The research methods such as questionnaire explore the ideas and methods to improve the performance management system of G property insurance company and optimize the performance management system of G property insurance company.
