人保财险常德公司农险产品经营策略改进研究

【摘要】:我国政策性农业保险自2007年开办以来,实现跨越式发展,一举成为全球最活跃的农业保险市场之一。人保财险常德公司作为具有代表性的农业保险微观经营主体,经营所面临的自然环境、产业发展、市场结构、农民需求以及政策环境和保险监管发生了很大变化。在农业保险的快速发展过程中,也暴露出公司农险业务经营策略存在一些问题。分析研究人保财险常德公司的农险产品经营策略改进,不仅对公司农险业务发展有益,,而且对于其他农险经营机构的经营策略制定具有借鉴意义,也能促进我国农险发展与规范问题的理论研究。 本文共分为四个部分。首先,以我国、湖南以及人保财险常德公司三个层次的农险产品经营发展情况为背景,分析阐述研究的目的和意义。其次,从人保财险常德公司发展及农险业务概况入手,分析公司农险产品经营现状,总结经营存在的主要问题,进一步探究产生问题的主要原因。第三部分在对人保财险常德公司农险产品经营的外部环境、内在条件、经营目标等进行分析的基础上,研究制定公司农险产品经营策略的改进方案,包括改进原则、目标及主要内容。最后,制定人保财险常德公司农险产品经营策略改进的实施方案,研究改进方案的实施途径、保障条件和预期效果。 本文在研究的基础上,制定了人保财险常德公司农险产品经营策略改进的三原则、三目标,以及外部经营和内部管理改进的两方面内容。提出了市场开发、产品渠道、公关营销、技术创新、合作联盟等五个具体经营策略的实施途径,和策略改进的三方面保障条件,并对方案的可期效果进行了预测。对于农业保险经营机构而言,最正确的策略是依法合规经营,顺应监管规制,抢占市场格局中有利的竞争地位。作为农业保险的监管部门也应尊重市场规律,依法科学监管,维护市场公平秩序和消费者合法权益,为农业保险的发展创造优良的经营环境。
[Abstract]:Since its inception in 2007, China's policy-oriented agricultural insurance has developed by leaps and bounds and has become one of the most active agricultural insurance markets in the world. Great changes have taken place in the natural environment, industrial development, market structure, farmers' demand, policy environment and insurance supervision. It is also revealed that there are some problems in the management strategy of the company's agricultural insurance business. It is not only beneficial to the development of the company's agricultural insurance business to analyze and study the improvement of the management strategy of the PICC's agricultural insurance products, but also to the development of the company's agricultural insurance business. Moreover, it can be used for reference for the establishment of management strategies of other agricultural insurance management institutions, and can also promote the theoretical research on the development and standardization of agricultural insurance in China. This paper is divided into four parts. Firstly, this paper analyzes the purpose and significance of the research, taking the development of agricultural insurance products in three levels of China, Hunan and PICC Changde Company as the background. Starting with the general situation of the development and agricultural insurance business of PICC Changde Company, this paper analyzes the current situation of the management of the agricultural insurance products of the company, and summarizes the main problems existing in the operation. The third part is based on the analysis of the external environment, internal conditions and management objectives of the agricultural insurance products of PICC Changde Company. This paper studies the improvement scheme of the agricultural insurance product management strategy, including the improvement principles, objectives and main contents. Finally, it formulates the implementation plan for the improvement of the agricultural insurance product management strategy of Changde Company, and studies the implementation ways of the improvement plan. Guarantee condition and expected effect. On the basis of the research, this paper formulates the three principles, three objectives, and two aspects of external management and internal management improvement of the agricultural insurance product management strategy improvement of PICC Changde Company, and puts forward the market development, product channel, Public relations marketing, technical innovation, cooperative alliance and other five specific business strategy implementation approaches, and strategy improvement of the three aspects of the security conditions, and the plan of the predictable effect of the prediction. For agricultural insurance management institutions, The most correct strategy is to operate in accordance with the law, comply with the regulation of supervision and regulations, and seize the favorable competitive position in the market pattern. As the regulatory department of agricultural insurance, it should also respect the laws of the market and supervise scientifically according to law. To maintain fair market order and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, to create a good business environment for the development of agricultural insurance.
