TPH保险公司销售人力资源规划研究

【摘要】:当今的时代是知识经济的时代,人才已经成为企业的核心竞争力。做好销售人力资源规划已经成为寿险公司人力资源管理工作的首要任务。随着市场竞争的不断加剧和寿险营销员体质改革的不断深化,处于变革中的CNTP保险集团公司想要在激烈的市场竞争环境中突出重围,并践行“高素质、高品质、高绩效”的“三高”人才发展战略,就更需要从公司发展的战略高度出发来认识销售人力资源管理的重要性,制定适合公司实际情况的销售人力资源规划。 通过收集并阅读了大量的相关文献及既往研究资料,本文重点研究了人力资源规划的理论和国内外研究现状,通过分析TPH保险公司的大量数据,研究公司中期发展战略和销售人力资源的现状;然后,利用劳动定额法、比例分析法预测了公司未来三年的销售人力资源需求情况,并利用马尔科夫转型矩阵预测了公司未来三年销售人力资源内部供给情况,并结合销售人力资源外部供给的预测对企业未来三年供需动态平衡的情况进行了分析。最后,本文在对公司现有销售人力资源供给途径进行投入分析后,,明确指出了公司销售人力资源在未来三年的内外供给策略。 本论文的研究对于TPH保险公司加强销售人力资源管理水平具有指导意义,有助于公司构建的“高素质、高品质、高绩效”的“三高”人才体系,推动公司为实现“三年再造一个新CNTP”的集团中期目标而努力,达到销售人力资源的优化配置,为集团中长期发展战略奠定良好的基础。
[Abstract]:Today's era is the era of knowledge economy, Talent has become the core competitiveness of enterprises. To do a good job of marketing human resources planning has become the primary task of human resources management in life insurance companies. With the increasing competition in the market and the deepening of the reform of the physique of life insurance marketers, CNTP Insurance Group Company, which is in the process of transformation, wants to break through the tight circle in the fierce market competition environment, and carry out the "three high" talents development strategy of "high quality, high quality and high performance". It is more necessary to understand the importance of sales human resource management from the strategic perspective of the company's development, and to formulate a sales human resource plan suitable for the actual situation of the company. Through collecting and reading a large number of relevant literature and previous research materials, this paper focuses on the theory of human resource planning and the current research situation at home and abroad, and analyzes a large number of data of TPH insurance company. The paper studies the medium term development strategy and the current situation of sales human resources, and then predicts the sales human resource demand of the company in the next three years by using the labor quota method and the proportion analysis method. The internal supply of sales human resources in the next three years is forecasted by Markov transformation matrix, and the dynamic balance of supply and demand in the next three years is analyzed in combination with the forecast of external supply of sales human resources. Based on the analysis of the existing ways of supply of sales human resources, this paper points out the internal and external supply strategies of the company's sales human resources in the next three years. The research of this thesis has guiding significance for TPH insurance company to strengthen the management level of sales human resources, which is helpful to construct the "three high" talent system of "high quality, high quality and high performance". To promote the company to achieve the "three years to recreate a new CNTP" group's medium-term goal to achieve the optimal allocation of sales human resources, for the group's medium- and long-term development strategy to lay a good foundation.
