网络安全技术在养老保险审计系统中的研究与应用

【摘要】：目前老年人在我国的人口比例中所占的比重越来越高,国家对于养老保险制度以及养老统筹制度的重视程度也日益加强,并且随着参与用户的增多,类型的多样化,养老保险相关管理系统也受到了一些安全方面的威胁,因此保险审计系统需要全新的数据化系统建设。论文介绍了基本养老保险审计系统的研究背景、项目意义和目前的研究与应用现状,明确了论文研究的内容和主要工作,对论文对系统存在的问题、组织机构、原有业务流程等进行了分析,给出了优化后的业务流程;本文着重对系统开发中使用的安全技术进行了介绍,以及如何在系统设计与实现中使用这些技术,通过对目前养老保险审计系统中通常出现的安全方面的隐患进行调研分析。本文在调研的基础上设计了的审计系统建设方案,利用了J2EE体系来进行系统建构,建立了浏览器/服务器/数据库三层次的体系结构,数据库方面利用Oracle软件架构进行数据库设计,同时对数据进行维护和统计。以Jbuilder工具来进行项目的开发,Weblogic进行项目的服务器建设,确定了主要从网络安全风险来源、物理层访问、网络访问、网络传输、入侵检测、用户身份认证以及生物识别技术等几个方面入手来进行阐述,使得数据的处理和信息的传递都更加便利,也提高了用户的体验感。在后期也利于维护人员对系统进行维护。该系统已经开始在一些地市级地区进行试运行,系统的业务设计和模块分类基本满足了养老保险业务管理的要求,能够实现数据、应用和物理的安全,为更大范围内的养老保险管理系统设计打下了基础。
[Abstract]:At present, the proportion of the elderly in the population of our country is more and more high, and the state pays more and more attention to the old-age insurance system and the old-age planning system, and with the increase of the number of users involved, the types are diversified. The related management system of endowment insurance has also been threatened by some security aspects. Therefore, the insurance audit system needs a completely new data system construction. This paper introduces the research background of the basic pension insurance audit system. The significance of the project and the current status of research and application, clear the content and main work of the paper, the system of the existing problems, organization, the original business process were analyzed, and the optimized business process was given. This paper mainly introduces the security technologies used in the system development, and how to use these technologies in the system design and implementation. Based on the investigation and analysis of the hidden dangers of security in the current pension insurance audit system, this paper designs an audit system construction scheme based on the investigation, and uses J2EE system to construct the system. The system structure of browser / server / database is established, and the database is designed by using Oracle software architecture. At the same time, the data are maintained and counted. The development of the project is carried out with Jbuilder tools and WebLogic is used to build the server of the project. The main sources of network security risk, physical layer access, network access, network transmission, intrusion detection are determined. User identity authentication and biometrics are introduced to facilitate the processing of data and the transmission of information. It also improves the user's sense of experience. It also helps maintainers to maintain the system at a later stage. The system has already started to run in some prefectural and municipal areas. The business design and module classification of the system basically meet the requirements of pension insurance business management, can realize the data, application and physical security, and lay the foundation for the design of the pension insurance management system in a larger scope.
