Z人寿保险公司营销员考核方案设计

【摘要】:保险业作为金融行业的三大支柱之一,对经济的贡献是毋庸置疑的。占据保险业收入66%的人寿保险也发挥着越来越重要的作用,而个人营销渠道是寿险业的重要销售渠道,寿险公司的主要保费来源之一是通过营销员渠道进行销售。 个人寿险营销在中国的发展时间只有20年,发展的速度却很快,在高速发展的同时也出现了不少问题。 本文结合寿险市场现状,针对Z人寿保险公司的营销员管理现状提出疑问,建议其结合国外的成熟经验,进行营销员新考核方案设计。为寿险公司更好地进行营销员管理,提供一些参考。通过本文研究得出以下结论: 根据Z人寿保险公司的实际情况,寻找影响营销员管理的因素,根据关键因素,设计营销员考核优化方案:增设员工制、进行固定行为考核、严格考勤制度及建立保障考核机制等。
[Abstract]:As one of the three pillars of the financial industry, the insurance industry is undoubtedly contributing to the economy. Life insurance, which accounts for 66% of the insurance income, is also playing an increasingly important role, and the personal marketing channel is an important sales channel for the life insurance industry. One of the main sources of premium for life insurance companies is sales through marketers' channels. The development of personal life insurance marketing in China is only 20 years, but the speed of development is very fast. At the same time, there are many problems in the development of personal life insurance marketing. Combined with the current situation of life insurance market, this paper puts forward some questions about the current management situation of marketers in Z Life Insurance Company, and suggests that it should design a new appraisal scheme for marketers in combination with the mature experience of foreign countries, so as to better manage marketers for life insurance companies. To provide some references. Through this study, the following conclusions are reached:. According to the actual situation of Z Life Insurance Company, the factors that affect the management of marketers are found. According to the key factors, the optimization scheme of salesmen assessment is designed. Strict attendance system and the establishment of security assessment mechanism.
