政策性农业保险发展:特点、困境与对策——湖北省案例研究

【摘要】：湖北是全国重要的农产品生产基地,因历来自然灾害频发,其农业生产颇受影响。自2007年启动农业保险补贴试点以来,湖北政策性农业保险发展较快,为分散农业风险、保障农业再生产提供了支撑,但目前农户、保险公司与基层政府均各自面临困境。文章认为,应通过各种措施促进湖北农业保险健康、稳定发展。
[Abstract]:Hubei is an important agricultural production base in China, and its agricultural production has been affected because of frequent natural disasters. Since 2007, when the pilot project of agricultural insurance subsidy was launched, Hubei policy-oriented agricultural insurance has developed rapidly, in order to spread agricultural risks. The protection of agricultural reproduction has provided support, but at present farmers, insurance companies and grass-roots governments are all faced with difficulties. This paper holds that various measures should be taken to promote the healthy and stable development of agricultural insurance in Hubei Province.
