我国拍卖行艺术品保险产品设计

【摘要】:伴随着近几年的经济投资形势,艺术品投资已成为近几年中国国内投资的一个热点。法国知名的艺术网站的Art Price发布的年度艺术市场报告中指出,2011年全球艺术贸易营业额中国位居榜首,占40%的全球市场商品交易量;中国艺术市场的总营业额大幅提升,但中国90%的艺术品没有购买保险,这无疑显示出了国内艺术品保险严重缺乏的现状。我国针对艺术品的保险产品寥寥无几,更没有专门针对拍卖行艺术品收藏的保单,本文试图通过对中国艺术品拍卖成交数据进行价值预估,损坏修复各方面的分析与统计,运用一定的精算原理,将各个保险环节风险量化,设计出一款保险产品。 全文共包含绪论及五个章节。绪论部分阐述了本论文的研究背景,研究意义,创新之处以及不足。第一章主要阐述了拍卖行艺术品保险的概念、特征及功能,对拍卖行艺术品进行了概念上的界定及介绍。第二章本文对近十年来世界艺术品拍卖的交易情况及艺术品拍卖市场进行了宏观分析,通过近十年来的发展状况来分析艺术品拍卖保险的市场背景。第三章为产品设计部分,,包括设计理念、投保单及保单条款。第四章为风险及费率厘定分析,对拍卖行艺术品所面临的风险状况,制定费率时需要特别考虑的因素进行了阐述,同时附上了部分中国地区艺术品标准条款来进行参照。第五章为拍卖行艺术品保险产品的检验及推广,这部分对中国地区艺术品保险标准条款特征进行总结,阐述了本款拍卖行艺术品保险产品在中国保险市场的竞争优势,同时论述了拍卖行艺术品保险的市场推广操作的一些方法。
[Abstract]:With the economic investment situation in recent years, Art investment has become a hot spot in China's domestic investment in recent years. In its annual report on the art market, published by Art Price of France's well-known art website, China topped the list of global turnover in art trade in 2011. Total turnover in the Chinese art market has risen sharply, but 90% of China's art products have not been insured. This undoubtedly shows that there is a serious lack of domestic art insurance. There are very few insurance products for works of art in our country, let alone insurance policies specifically aimed at the art collection of auction houses. This paper attempts to estimate the value of the Chinese art auction transaction data, analyze and statistics all aspects of damage repair, use certain actuarial principles, quantify the risks of each insurance link, and design an insurance product. The introduction part describes the research background, significance, innovation and shortcomings of this thesis. Chapter 1 mainly describes the concept, characteristics and functions of art insurance in auction houses. In the second chapter, the author makes a macro analysis of the world art auction in the past ten years and the art auction market. This paper analyzes the market background of art auction insurance through the development of recent ten years. The third chapter is the product design part, including the design idea, the policy application and the policy terms. Chapter 4th is the risk and rate determination analysis. The paper expounds the risk situation faced by art works in auction houses and the factors that need to be taken into account in setting the rates. At the same time, I attach some articles of art standard in China for reference. Chapter 5th is for the inspection and promotion of art insurance products of auction houses. This part summarizes the characteristics of the terms of art insurance standards in China. This paper expounds the competitive advantage of the art insurance products of the auction house in China's insurance market, and discusses some methods of marketing promotion of the auction house's art insurance.
