我国保险代理市场的发展研究

【摘要】:本文对我国保险代理市场的发展进行深入研究,从经济学的角度分析了保险代理人存在的意义,了解了目前我国代理市场的发展现状,并分别着重分析我国专业代理人、兼业代理人和个人代理人在发展中存在的问题,并分析了原因。借鉴国外成熟保险代理市场的成功经验,并结合我国保险代理市场的实际情况,运用SWOT分析方法提出保险代理市场的发展战略是专业化、规模化、信息化和市场化,并针对发展战略提出促进我国保险代理市场发展的具体建议。建议分别从宏观、中观、微观三个层次提出,在宏观层面建议政府加强监管和行业自律,中观层面保险公司和保险代理人应该实现多元合作,实现长期共赢,至于在微观层面,笔者认为在专业代理人方面,最重要的是要实现专业化,可以强强联合,最终实现集团化,并成立专业的职业教育机构,培养需要的人才;就兼业代理方面,给定信息和安排最优的契约结构能解决解决兼业代理人和保险公司之间的非对称信息博弈,此外兼业代理人专业化将会推动保险代理市场的可持续发展;就个人代理人而言,建议建立风险账户和保险代理人信息系统,以促进行业的透明,减少交易成本。在寿险和财险方面,建议以专业代理人为主,兼业代理人和个人代理人为辅,专业代理人集团化,,兼业代理人专业化,个人代理人保障提高,这将是未来保险代理市场的发展方向。
[Abstract]:This paper makes an in-depth study on the development of insurance agency market in China, analyzes the significance of the existence of insurance agent from the angle of economics, understands the current situation of the development of insurance agent market in China, and emphasizes on the analysis of professional agents in China. The problems existing in the development of concurrent-business agents and individual agents are analyzed, and the reasons are analyzed. The successful experience of foreign mature insurance agency market is used for reference, and the actual situation of insurance agency market in our country is combined. This paper puts forward the development strategy of insurance agency market is specialization, scale, informationization and marketization by using SWOT analysis method, and puts forward some concrete suggestions to promote the development of insurance agency market in China. At the macro level, it is suggested that the government should strengthen supervision and industry self-discipline, and the insurance companies and insurance agents in the meso-level should cooperate in multiple ways to achieve long-term win-win results, while at the micro level, the insurance companies and insurance agents should achieve long-term win-win results. The author thinks that in the aspect of professional agent, the most important thing is to realize specialization, to combine strong and strong, finally to realize collectivization, and to set up professional vocational education institutions to train the needed talents. Given information and optimal arrangement of contract structures, the asymmetric information game between concurrent-business agents and insurance companies can be solved. In addition, the specialization of concurrent-business agents will promote the sustainable development of the insurance agency market. It is suggested that risk account and insurance agent information system should be established in order to promote the transparency of the industry and reduce transaction costs. In life insurance and property insurance, it is suggested that professional agents should be the main agents, and concurrent-business agents and individual agents should be supplemented. Professional agent group, concurrent-business agent specialization, individual agent security increase, this will be the future development direction of insurance agency market.
