【摘要】:近些年来,随着我国社会经济的快速发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,保险作为一种服务性业务也是得到了迅猛的发展。特别是在我国加入WTO之后,保险市场完全开放,这一方面为我国保险业的发展提供了一定的机遇,同时也在吸引外资眼光的基础上给我国的保险市场带来了巨大的压力。因此,对于我国的保险公司来说,想要在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,服务的创新也就成为了关键,也成为了国内保险公司取得持续性发展的一个必然选择。H保险公司作为国内众多保险公司中的一员,近些年来也是着重于对服务的创新,,并取得了一定的成绩。但服务创新作为一个完整的系统,需要渐进式的发展,因此也就不可避免的存在着一些问题。 基于此,本文以H保险公司作为主要的研究对象,通过文献综述以及个案分析的研究方法对H保险公司的服务进行了研究,在分析H保险公司服务创新现状及存在问题的基础上,对H保险公司的服务进行创新设计,主要涉及到组织、技术以及产品三个方面的创新。在本文的研究中主要有五个方面的具体研究内容,首先在本文的研究中对于H保险公司服务创新研究相关的理论进行了概述,包括保险服务理论,保险服务创新理论以及服务创新的四维度模型理论。其次,在本文的研究中以上述的服务创新相关理论为基础对H保险公司目前服务中存在的问题进行了一定程度的分析,并对原因进行有效的探寻;再次,以H保险公司服务存在的问题为基础,通过服务创新整体思路的规划,从服务的组织、技术、产品以及其它四个主要方面提出了提升服务创新能力的具体策略。最后,对全文的研究进行了总结与展望,并提出了未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our country's social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, insurance, as a kind of service business, has also been developed rapidly, especially after China's entry into WTO, the insurance market is completely open. On the one hand, this has provided a certain opportunity for the development of the insurance industry in our country, but also brought great pressure to the insurance market of our country on the basis of attracting foreign capital. Therefore, for the insurance companies in our country, In order to be invincible in the fierce competition, the innovation of service becomes the key, and it becomes an inevitable choice for domestic insurance companies to achieve sustainable development. H insurance company is one of the many insurance companies in China. In recent years, the service innovation has been focused on the service innovation, and has made some achievements, but as a complete system, it needs the gradual development, so there are some inevitable problems. Based on this, this paper takes H insurance company as the main research object, through the literature review and case analysis of the research method of H insurance company's service has been studied. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of H insurance company's service innovation, this paper designs the H insurance company's service innovation, mainly involves the organization, Technology and product innovation. In this paper, there are five aspects of the specific research content, first of all, this paper summarizes the theory of H insurance company service innovation research. It includes insurance service theory, insurance service innovation theory and four-dimension model theory of service innovation. Secondly, In this paper, based on the above theory of service innovation, the problems in H insurance company are analyzed to a certain extent, and the reasons are explored effectively. Based on the problems existing in the service of H insurance company, through the planning of the overall idea of service innovation, this paper puts forward the specific strategies to enhance the ability of service innovation from four main aspects: service organization, technology, products and other aspects. This paper summarizes and prospects the research in this paper, and puts forward the research direction in the future.
