【摘要】：自我国保险业恢复以来,在不断推动和深化改革开放的过程中,国内寿险市场不断完善,人们的保险意识逐步增强,保费收入规模屡创新高,寿险业取得快速发展。随着我国金融市场的逐步开放,吸引了众多优秀的国外保险企业,国内保险行业竞争日益激烈。经营效益水平是保险行业竞争力的集中体现,是保险公司经营情况的“风向标”。因此,对寿险公司经营效益进行科学、系统的评价具有十分重要的意义。中国人寿保险股份有限公司自成立以来,逐步成长为世界品牌500强,在我国寿险市场中,市场份额始终保持领先地位。但近年来,公司经营效益水平发生波动,经营管理面临挑战,如公司机制不灵活、公司规模扩张过快、险种开发能力较弱等问题。因此,本文旨在建立一套科学、合理的保险公司经营效益评价指标体系,运用因子分析法从速度规模、效益质量和社会贡献三方面对中国人寿保险股份有限公司及其他保险公司的经营效益进行实证分析。最后针对公司经营中存在的问题,从企业内部和企业外部两方面提出改善公司经营效益的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the recovery of China's insurance industry, in the process of promoting and deepening the reform and opening up, the domestic life insurance market has been continuously improved, people's insurance consciousness has been gradually strengthened, and the scale of premium income has repeatedly reached a new high. The life insurance industry has made rapid development. With the gradual opening of the financial market in our country, many excellent foreign insurance enterprises have been attracted, and the domestic insurance industry is increasingly competitive. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out scientific and systematic evaluation of the operating benefits of life insurance companies. Since its establishment, China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. has gradually grown into the top 500 brands in the world. In the life insurance market of our country, the market share always maintains the leading position. But in recent years, the level of the company's operating benefit fluctuates, and the management is faced with challenges, such as the inflexibility of the company's mechanism, the rapid expansion of the company's scale, Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of insurance company's operating efficiency, and to use factor analysis method to analyze the scale of the insurance company's operating efficiency. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the operating efficiency of China Life Insurance Company Limited and other insurance companies from the aspects of benefit quality and social contribution. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the operation of the company, The countermeasures and suggestions for improving the company's operating efficiency are put forward from the internal and external aspects of the enterprise.
