【摘要】：正无论从国际保险业发展经验看,还是从国内保险业发展状况考量,保险发挥自身职能和专业优势,参与加强和创新社会管理,都无疑是帮助政府提高社会管理效率、提升社会保障水平的有效途径。近年来,天津保险业着力开展服务社会管理机制创新,在发挥社会管理功能,帮助政府分散社会风险、化解社会矛盾、维护社会稳定等方面进行了一系列有益的探索和思考。
