我国养老保险研究的热点主题与演化路径分析

【摘要】：养老保险制度作为一种保障人们年老后不受风险困扰的一种制度安排,对于老年人生活水平的改善起到了重要的作用,然而,在日益加剧的人口老龄化,家庭养老功能难以独自发挥作用等因素的作用下,养老保险制度自身的可持续性越来越受到质疑与挑战,它在历经了几十年的发展历程后,一直处于不断改革与完善的变化中。适应养老保险实际发展的需要,与此相关的理论文献也是层出不穷,相关的理论研究成果也在不断汇聚并逐渐走向成熟。为了把握近年来养老保险领域理论研究的整体概况,首先,本文以2000~2015年CSSIC上刊载的相关养老保险文献作为数据来源,借鉴文献计量学中词频统计分析方法,结合SATI文献题录软件,对样本文献有关的文献量变化、核心作者群、研究机构、刊文期刊等进行描述统计,并通过共词分析方法构建出养老保险研究领域的高频关键词共现矩阵,其次,在矩阵这一基础的指引下,结合聚类分析、多维尺度分析、社会网络分析等方法,借助SPSS统计软件、Netdraw、Citespace等一系列可视化分析软件,绘制出这十多年来我国养老保险研究的知识图谱,从而揭示出养老保险学科的发展变化情况,最终通过分析所得,可知近年来的养老保险研究主要集中在五个热点主题上,即养老保险可持续发展、农村养老保险、养老保险制度改革、养老保险基金管理、养老模式。在横向对五个热点主题的具体研究内容展开论述的基础上,本文又结合动态分析的视角及国家在养老保险领域的政策环境,归纳概括出养老保险研究在萌芽、初步发展、稳步规范、完善和多元化这五个阶段研究的主要问题。最后,结合养老保险各年关键词之间的联系及变化规律挖掘出未来研究的潜在热点问题,预测未来研究将集中在延迟退休、统筹层次、机关事业单位养老保险、养老金潜在的热点主题上。
[Abstract]:The old-age insurance system, as a kind of institutional arrangement to protect people from risk after old age, has played an important role in improving the living standards of the elderly. However, in the increasingly aging population,Under the influence of the family pension function, the sustainability of the endowment insurance system has been more and more questioned and challenged. After decades of development, it has been in the process of continuous reform and improvement.To meet the needs of the actual development of old-age insurance, the related theoretical literature is also endless, related theoretical research results are also constantly converging and gradually moving towards maturity.In order to grasp the general situation of the theoretical research in the field of endowment insurance in recent years, firstly, this paper takes the related endowment insurance documents published in CSSIC from 2000 to 2015 as the data source, and draws lessons from the statistical analysis method of word frequency in bibliometrics.Based on SATI software, this paper describes the changes of literature quantity, core author groups, research institutions, journals, and so on.And through the co-word analysis method to construct the high-frequency cooccurrence matrix in the field of pension insurance research, secondly, under the guidance of matrix, combined with cluster analysis, multi-dimensional scale analysis, social network analysis and other methods.With the help of a series of visual analysis software, such as SPSS statistical software, Netdraw-Citespace, this paper draws out the knowledge map of pension insurance research in China in the past ten years, thus revealing the development and changes of the subject of pension insurance.In recent years, the research on endowment insurance is mainly focused on five hot topics, namely, sustainable development of pension insurance, rural old-age insurance, pension insurance system reform, pension fund management, pension model.On the basis of discussing the specific research contents of five hot topics horizontally, combining the angle of view of dynamic analysis and the policy environment of the country in the field of endowment insurance, this paper sums up and generalizes the research on endowment insurance in the bud and preliminary development.Steady standardization, perfection and diversification of the five stages of the study of the main issues.Finally, combined with the relationship and changing law of the key words of the pension insurance in different years, we excavate the potential hot issues in the future research, and predict that the future research will focus on the late retirement, the overall planning level, and the endowment insurance of the government and institutions.Pension potential hot topic.
