【摘要】:中国保险市场对外开放十年,大举入市的外资保险公司为国内保险市场带来日趋激烈的行业竞争。保险公司的核心竞争最终体现在人力资源的竞争上,而人力资源的竞争归根到底是公司绩效管理能力的竞争。现在绩效管理作为公司综合实力的体现,已经越来越受到寿险公司的重视。无论对中资或外资寿险公司而言,建立一套符合中国国情并适合公司发展战略的有效的绩效管理体系,对提高企业的管理效率和核心竞争力,都具有重要的实际意义。同时,建立科学有效的绩效管理体系也是企业持续经营,提升内涵价值的重要条件。因此,研究保险业绩效管理在实际运营中的运用,对理论研究和实践操作都具有积极意义。 本文以A保险公司为研究对象,通过实证分析法、文献研究法、调查问卷和访谈法等研究方法,针对其现行绩效管理体系进行分析,发现问题并深入剖析问题产生的原因。以解决这些问题为出发点,结合绩效管理理论和国内外成功的绩效管理经验,有针对性的对A保险公司绩效管理体系进行优化设计。基于此,从五个部分进行分析,其中第一个部分是导论,本文分别从研究背景、研究意义、研究方法、文献综述、以及研究的主要内容与框架五个部分来对其进行阐述;第二部分主要介绍绩效考核相关理论基础,包括绩效考核的内涵、绩效考核的特征以及绩效考核体系等方面来对其进行阐述;第三部分为A保险公司实施绩效考核的现状分析,主要包括A保险公司简介、绩效考核的现状以及当前绩效考核体系存在的问题及原因;第四部分主要对A保险公司进行绩效考核体系的优化,本章首先从绩效考核体系构建的思路、原则进行介绍,然后根据A保险公司绩效考核存在的主要问题,提出绩效考核优化措施;第五部分为A保险公司绩效考核体系的实施,包括新绩效考核体系的实施流程及保障措施;最后为结论与展望。
[Abstract]:China's insurance market has opened to the outside world for ten years, and the foreign insurance companies that have entered the market on a large scale have brought more and more fierce industry competition to the domestic insurance market.The core competition of insurance companies is embodied in the competition of human resources, and the competition of human resources is, in the final analysis, the competition of the company's performance management ability.Performance management as the embodiment of the comprehensive strength of the company, has been more and more attention of life insurance companies.Whether for Chinese or foreign life insurance companies, it is of great practical significance to establish an effective performance management system that is suitable for China's national conditions and suitable for the company's development strategy to improve the management efficiency and core competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time, the establishment of scientific and effective performance management system is also an important condition for enterprises to continue to operate and enhance the intrinsic value.Therefore, the study of the application of insurance performance management in practical operation is of great significance to both theoretical research and practical operation.In this paper, A insurance company as the research object, through the empirical analysis, literature research, questionnaire and interviews, and other research methods to analyze its current performance management system, find out the problems and in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems.In order to solve these problems, combined with the theory of performance management and successful performance management experience at home and abroad, the performance management system of A insurance company is optimized and designed.Based on this, this paper analyzes from five parts, the first part is the introduction, this paper respectively from the research background, research significance, research methods, literature review, as well as the main content and framework of the study to explain its five parts;The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of performance appraisal, including the connotation of performance appraisal, the characteristics of performance appraisal and performance appraisal system.Mainly includes A insurance company profile, the present situation of the performance appraisal, the present performance appraisal system existence question and the reason; the fourth part mainly carries on the performance appraisal system optimization to the A insurance company,This chapter first introduces the ideas and principles of the performance appraisal system, then according to the main problems of A insurance company performance appraisal, puts forward the performance appraisal optimization measures; the fifth part is the implementation of the A insurance company performance appraisal system.Including the implementation of the new performance appraisal system and safeguard measures; the final conclusion and prospects.
