竞盛保险经纪公司的项目管理研究

【摘要】:当今社会,随着信息技术的发展,市场的不确定性和风险不断提高,企业面临的竞争逐渐加剧,项目管理作为一项有效的方法和体系,已经被几乎所有的产业领域所应用,其理论体系也日益完善。竞盛保险经纪公司是国内保险经纪市场排名前十的公司之一,但随着市场竞争主体不断增加和竞争日益激烈,竞盛公司要保持业务的持续稳健发展,在市场竞争中立于不败之地,就要考虑从公司管理上进行完善和创新。目前公司在业务发展及运营管理过程中,,己经在逐步应用项目管理,虽取得一定成效,但在具体项目应用方面还存在很多不足,因此如何应用项目管理服务于公司业务发展,促使公司竞争力提升,是摆在公司面前迫切需要解决的问题。 在学习和介绍国内外项目管理理论研究成果的基础上,本文首先对竞盛公司项目管理应用现状进行描述和分析,并提出改进项目管理水平的总体对策。继而,又从项目组织结构和项目绩效考评体系两个方面重点进行了分析和对策研究。项目组织结构方面,本文提出引入矩阵型项目组织结构来弥补竞盛公司以往单一职能型项目组织结构在大型项目操作中存在的不足,并对如何构建跨部门项目团队及实施中应注意的问题进行了论述。项目绩效考评方面,本文设计了一套基于公司战略的项目绩效考评体系。通过使用平衡计分卡、关键绩效指标等工具,将组织战略分解到具体的项目和岗位中去,转化为可执行的项目目标,并将项目绩效考评结果反馈到战略上,不断优化公司战略,形成一个不断完善公司管理的循环。希望本文的研究能够为今后项目管理理论在保险经纪行业的深入应用做出一点微薄的贡献。
[Abstract]:In today's society, with the development of information technology, the uncertainty and risk of the market is increasing, and the competition of enterprises is becoming more and more serious. As an effective method and system, project management has been applied in almost all industrial fields. Its theoretical system is also increasingly perfect. Jingsheng Insurance Brokerage Company is one of the top 10 companies in the domestic insurance brokerage market. However, with the increasing number of competitors in the market and the increasingly fierce competition, Jingsheng wants to maintain the steady and steady development of its business. In the market competition in an invincible position, we must consider from the company management to improve and innovate. At present, the company has gradually applied project management in the process of business development and operation management. Although it has achieved certain results, there are still many deficiencies in the application of specific projects. Therefore, how to use project management to serve the business development of the company, To promote the competitiveness of the company, is put in front of the company urgent need to solve the problem. On the basis of studying and introducing the research results of project management theory at home and abroad, this paper first describes and analyzes the current situation of project management application in Jingsheng Company, and puts forward the overall countermeasures to improve the level of project management. Then, from the project organization structure and the project performance appraisal system two aspects emphatically carries on the analysis and the countermeasure research. In terms of project organization structure, this paper proposes to introduce matrix project organization structure to make up for the shortcomings of single function project organization structure of Jingsheng Company in large-scale project operation. It also discusses how to construct cross-departmental project team and the problems to be paid attention to in implementation. In the aspect of project performance evaluation, this paper designs a project performance evaluation system based on company strategy. Through the use of balanced scorecard, key performance indicators and other tools, the organizational strategy is decomposed into specific projects and positions, and translated into executable project objectives, and the results of project performance evaluation are fed back to the strategy, and the company strategy is continuously optimized. Form a continuous improvement of the company's management cycle. It is hoped that the research in this paper can make a little contribution to the further application of project management theory in insurance brokerage industry.
