中国人寿财险内蒙古分公司战略执行力研究

【摘要】:内蒙古保险市场在过去的十年正处于保费快速增长、承保持续盈利的黄金发展时期。于此同时,内蒙古保险市场也陷入了无序竞争和秩序混乱的状况,各家主体的非理性竞争,影响了行业形象,也导致了经营的短期行为。 今年以来,中国保监会在明令遏制重新抬头的“大干快上”行为后,再出重拳整顿财产保险市场秩序,下发《关于进一步加大力度规范财产保险市场秩序有关问题的通知》,(业内称39号文件),39号文件明令要求各公司应将调整后的业务规划和绩效考核政策细化到险种、地区和时间分布,要明确控制措施及责任追究办法,确定各层级主要负责人为第一责任人。保监会39号文件,对整顿目前市场秩序将起到非常重要的作用,,短期来讲对市场发展会带来一定冲击,但是从长远来看,是保证市场健康发展的重要举措。 在这样的市场环境下,中国人寿财险成立五年来,实现了跨越式的发展,2011年底保费规模排名全国财险行业第五,绝对是今年中国财险行业的有生力量和生力军。中国人寿财险内蒙古分公司成立于2010年9月,2011年完成了内蒙古财险市场上第一个完整年度保费规模突破两亿元的壮举,成为内蒙古保险市场上的奇葩,2012年以来,在整个行业市场停滞不前的境况下,中国人寿财险内蒙古分公司再一次保持超过100%的增长速度,保费规模达到4.6亿。保费规模的高速增长也带来了一系列的问题。一是成为监管机关的监管检查重点;二是成为行业竞争者打击、排挤、关注的对象;三是在公司基础能力建设上显现出了与保费增速的无法匹配的滞后。 中国人寿财险作为拥有大品牌的新进主体,如何面对竞争和严峻的市场环境,能持续、健康、快速发展呢?本文通过参考国内外学者在企业战略执行力的应用方面的研究成果,研究近年来国内财产保险市场动态和监管趋势,以及内蒙古自治区财险市场发展情况,监管环境和未来的市场走向,竞争对手的政策和经营策略等内容的研究和分析,从中国人寿财险企业角度研究分析现有战略,找出执行力方面存在的问题。研究中国人寿财险内蒙古分公司开业以来的战略规划和战略执行力情况,对目前战略执行力情况进行剖析,对其竞争力进行评价,从解决执行力不足和提高执行力方面解决公司目前遇到的困难和瓶颈,提炼出用于目前公司改进的具体工作措施、工作方法和决策思路,实践于公司经营管理。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the insurance market in Inner Mongolia is in the period of rapid growth of premium and the period of gold development that underwrites sustainable profit. At the same time, the insurance market in Inner Mongolia has also fallen into disorderly competition and disorder of order. The irrational competition of each subject has affected the image of the industry and also resulted in the short-term operation of the business.
Since this year, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission (China Insurance Regulatory Commission) has reorganized the order of the property insurance market and issued a notice on Further Strengthening the regulation of the property insurance market order, (No. 39 in the industry). The policy of delimit and performance assessment should be refined to the types of insurance, area and time distribution, to clear the control measures and the methods of accountability and to determine the first responsible person at all levels. The 39 document of the CIRC will play a very important role in rectifying the current market order. In the short term, it will bring a certain impact on the market development, but in the long run To see, it is an important measure to ensure the healthy development of the market.
In such a market environment, China Life Insurance has been established for five years to achieve a leap forward development. At the end of 2011, the scale of insurance premium ranked fifth in the national financial insurance industry. It is absolutely the force and force of China's financial insurance industry this year. China Life Insurance Inner Mongolia branch was established in September 2010, and the Inner Mongolia financial insurance market was completed in 2011. In the first full year, the scale of premium over two hundred million yuan has become a wonderful work in the Inner Mongolia insurance market. Since 2012, China Life Insurance Inner Mongolia branch has maintained a growth rate of more than 100%, with a premium of 460 million. A series of problems. One is to become the focus of supervision and inspection of the regulatory authorities; two is the target of becoming an industry competitor against, squeezing and paying attention; three is the lag behind the inability to match the growth rate of premium in the construction of the basic capacity of the company.
China Life Insurance, as a new subject with big brand, can continue, healthy and fast developing in the face of competition and severe market environment. This paper studies the dynamic and regulatory trend of domestic property insurance market in recent years by reference to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the application of enterprise strategic execution, and Inner Mongolia self. The development of the financial insurance market, the regulatory environment and the future market trend, the research and analysis of the competitors' policies and management strategies, study and analyze the existing strategies from the perspective of China life insurance companies and find out the existing problems in the implementation force. Research on the strategic planning of China Life Insurance Inner Mongolia branch since its opening. According to the situation of strategic execution, this paper analyzes the current situation of strategic execution, evaluates its competitiveness, and solves the difficulties and bottlenecks of the company at present, and extracts specific work measures, working methods and decision-making ideas for the improvement of the company, and practice in the management of the company.
