【摘要】:保险公司之间的竞争能力是指在同一市场环境下同行业之间的竞争者实现其经营目标的综合能力。保险公司的经营目标是指使参与保险经营的各方利益者(包括客户、管理者、投资者和所有者)的利益得到最大的满足,并且为保险公司自身的生存和发展创造安全、稳健和持续的价值。 中国人寿是一家经营人寿保险和财产保险的大型央企,经营效益常居国内寿险市场首位,连续六年入选“世界品牌500强”。近年来,由于国外寿险公司参与国内市场竞争,造成供大于求,保险市场存在需求不足的问题。随着中国保险市场的逐步开放,外资保险公司的进驻,人寿保险公司之间的竞争日益加剧,中国人寿在发展过程中面临严峻的挑战,尤其体现在经营管理、传统竞争模式、企业文化建设、人才流失频繁等方面。中国人寿保险公司的发展面临巨大的挑战和机遇的同时,为巩固发展成果,保持竞争优势,对中国人寿来说,找到正确的提升自身竞争力的方法最为重要。 本文对国内外寿险行业发展现状进行了阐述,并将中国人寿与国内外寿险公司的优势及不足进行了认真的比较分析。针对中国人寿在寿险市场竞争中应该注意的种种问题进行了分析和研究,为中国人寿保险公司的稳定健康的发展提出自己的看法。
[Abstract]:The competitiveness of insurance companies refers to the comprehensive ability of competitors in the same market environment to achieve their business objectives. The business objective of the insurance company is to maximize the interests of all parties involved in the insurance business, including customers, managers, investors and owners, and to create security for the survival and development of the insurance company itself. Steady and continuous value. China Life Insurance is a large state-owned enterprise which manages life insurance and property insurance. It often ranks first in the domestic life insurance market and has been selected as the top 500 brand in the world for six consecutive years. In recent years, due to the participation of foreign life insurance companies in the domestic market competition, the supply exceeds demand, and there is insufficient demand in the insurance market. With the gradual opening of China's insurance market and the entry of foreign insurance companies, the competition among life insurance companies is increasingly intensified. China Life faces severe challenges in the process of development, especially in the management and traditional competition mode. Construction of corporate culture, frequent brain drain and other aspects. The development of China Life Insurance Company is faced with great challenges and opportunities. In order to consolidate the development achievements and maintain the competitive advantage, it is most important for China Life Insurance Company to find a correct way to enhance its competitiveness. This paper expounds the present situation of life insurance industry at home and abroad, and makes a serious comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages between China Life Insurance and domestic and foreign life insurance companies. This paper analyzes and studies the problems that China Life Insurance should pay attention to in the market competition of life insurance, and puts forward its own views for the stable and healthy development of Chinese life insurance companies.
