新农保政策主导下的农村养老方式选择偏好及其融合效应研究

【摘要】：随着劳动力乡城流动加速、土地制度改革推进和新型农村社会养老保险制度全面覆盖,农村养老方式呈现出多元化发展趋势。文章以偏好融合理论为基础,通过全国东、中、西部三省三县(区)新农保试点地区的抽样调查(样本量=2509),引入个人、家庭、区域差异和新农保政策变量,提出研究假设,实证分析了新农保政策主导下的农村养老方式的选择偏好及其融合效应。研究结果表明:新农保政策实施对农村家庭养老和商业养老保险方式的选择偏好影响显著,但影响方向并不单一,且三类典型养老方式之间具有融合效应。由此,文章提出了优化农村养老资源配置、完善农村养老保障体系的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of rural labor flow, the land system reform and the new rural social endowment insurance system, the rural old-age care mode presents a diversified development trend. Based on the theory of preference fusion, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis through sampling survey (sample size 2509) in three provinces, three counties (districts) in east, middle and west of China, which introduces individuals, families, regional differences and policy variables of new rural insurance. This paper empirically analyzes the preference and fusion effect of the rural old-age support mode under the guidance of the new rural insurance policy. The results show that the implementation of the new rural insurance policy has a significant impact on the choice of rural family pension and commercial old-age insurance, but the direction of influence is not single, and there is a fusion effect between the three types of typical pension. Therefore, the article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the allocation of rural old-age resources and perfect the rural old-age security system.
