[Abstract]:Since August 2012, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, Since the China Insurance Regulatory Commission and other six ministries and commissions jointly issued the guiding opinions on the Development of serious illness Insurance for Urban and Rural residents (hereinafter referred to as "opinions"), serious illness insurance has become the focus of social concern.
