保定市农村商业养老保险调查研究

【摘要】：在人口老龄化问题相对严重的广大农村地区，传统的养老保障已经不能足以保障广大农民的生活问题，如果只是单纯的依靠国家和家庭的支持，并不能提高农民的生活水平，保证老年人生活质量。国家支持的社会养老保险和传统的养老模式这两者都存在着一定的缺陷，并不能满足日益增长的农村养老需求，因此这给农村商业养老保险的发展产生了契机。本文从这一个供给方式——农村商业养老保险入手，，结合保定市农村进行了实地调研数据，为了了解目前保定市农村商业养老保险的发展程度以及影响发展的因素进行研究，分析了如今保定市农村养老存在的问题，从宏观政府政策、保险公司层面到微观家庭个人方面对农村商业养老保险的需求影响进行分析，为发展和改革农村商业养老保险提供实证基础。运用Logistic回归检验对相关因素进行了分析，在此基础上对促进农村商业养老保险发展提出了一些相关建议。
[Abstract]:In the vast rural areas where the problem of population aging is relatively serious, the traditional old-age security has not been enough to ensure the livelihood of the majority of peasants. If we simply rely on the support of the state and families, we cannot improve the living standards of the peasants. To ensure the quality of life of the elderly. Both the state-supported social old-age insurance and the traditional old-age care model have certain defects and can not meet the growing demand for rural old-age support. Therefore, this has given an opportunity to the development of rural commercial old-age insurance. This paper starts with this supply mode, rural commercial old-age insurance, and carries out field investigation data in combination with Baoding's rural areas. In order to understand the development degree of rural commercial old-age insurance and the factors influencing the development of Baoding City, this paper analyzes the existing problems of rural old-age insurance in Baoding City, and from the macro government policy, In order to provide an empirical basis for the development and reform of rural commercial old-age insurance, the impact of rural commercial old-age insurance needs is analyzed from the perspective of insurance companies to micro-family individuals. Based on the analysis of relevant factors by Logistic regression test, some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of rural commercial endowment insurance.
