关于寿险公司从事财富管理业的组织架构研究分析

【摘要】:正2014年8月,国务院办公厅印发《关于加快发展现代保险服务业的若干意见》,明确提出到2020年"保险成为政府、企业、居民风险管理和财富管理的基本手段……"。事实上,早在2012年人保集团的上市招股说明书中明确提出公司未来以风险保障和财富管理并重为原则,积极布局财富管理领域。作为寿险公司开展财富管理业务"一体两翼"的"一体"——组织架构模式,纵览68家寿险公司的年度报告和公司资料可见,共有"两维五类"模式,一维是同业拓展的独立法人,银保整合、机构设置和品牌产品等模式,异业联盟的电商模式则是另一维分类方式。
[Abstract]:In August 2014, the General Office of the State Council issued several opinions on speeding up the development of modern insurance services, clearly proposing that by 2020, "insurance will become the basic means of government, enterprise, resident risk management and wealth management." In fact, as early as 2012, PICC listed in the prospectus clearly put forward that the future of the company to risk protection and wealth management as the principle of equal emphasis, actively layout the field of wealth management. As a "one body" organizational structure model for life insurance companies to carry out wealth management business, an overview of the annual reports and company data of 68 life insurance companies shows that there are "two dimensional five categories" models. One dimension is the independent legal person, the bank and insurance integration, the institution setting and the brand product and so on, while the different business alliance is the other one dimensional classification method.
