【摘要】:目前我国社会老龄化形势越来越严峻,与此同时中国传统的家庭养老保障形式已经不能再适应社会经济的发展,在“未富先老”的国情下,如何解决好老年人老有所养,,老有所依,确保他们的生活质量是摆在全社会面前迫切需要解决的问题。本文正是在上述背景下,针对XS煤电公司为例进行养老保障指标评价研究。论文主要研究内容如下: 首先分析研究国内外在养老保障方面的现状,并结合我国现行的养老保障体系进行分析和研究。第二,通过对社会保障和养老保障理论的研究,给本文的研究奠定理论基础。第三,通过对XS煤电的养老保障体系进行分析,并找出所存在的问题。第四,通过利用AHP层次分析法分析找出XS煤电的公共养老金制度、职业年金、住房保障等所存在的问题和原因。第五,针对XS煤电在养老保障体系中的不完善之处,从制定相关政策、培养养老意识、新型的职业年金制度等方面提出对完善XS煤电公司养老保障体系的思路与方法。最后,对本文的主要研究成果进行总结,并对今后我国国有企业养老保障体系的研究发展提出希望。 随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,国有企业养老保障制度已受到高度关注。但现存的国有企业养老保障体系很多方面存在着不可忽视的问题,这些弊端的存在不仅影响企业内部的发展进度,还会给社会带来难以预料的压力。本文以国企XS煤电公司的养老保障体系为例进行研究。
[Abstract]:At present, the situation of aging in our country is getting more and more serious. At the same time, the traditional form of family old-age security in China can no longer adapt to the development of social economy. Under the situation of "getting old before getting rich", how to solve the problem of raising the elderly well, To ensure their quality of life is an urgent problem for the whole society. This paper is based on the above background, XS coal power company as an example for the pension security index evaluation research. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the present situation of old-age security at home and abroad is analyzed, and the current old-age security system in China is analyzed and studied. Second, through the social security and old-age security theory research, for this study laid a theoretical foundation. Third, through the analysis of the pension security system of XS coal power, and find out the existing problems. Fourth, through AHP analytic hierarchy process analysis to find out XS coal power public pension system, occupational pension, housing security and other existing problems and reasons. Fifthly, aiming at the imperfections of XS coal and electricity in the old-age security system, this paper puts forward the ideas and methods to perfect the pension security system of XS coal and power company from the aspects of formulating relevant policies, cultivating the old-age consciousness and the new occupational pension system. Finally, this paper summarizes the main research results, and puts forward the hope of the future research and development of the old-age security system of state-owned enterprises. With the rapid development of our country's social economy, the old-age security system of state-owned enterprises has been highly concerned. However, the existing pension security system of state-owned enterprises has many problems that can not be ignored. The existence of these drawbacks not only affects the internal development of enterprises, but also brings unpredictable pressure to the society. This paper takes the old-age security system of XS coal power company as an example.
