建设可持续发展的长期护理保险制度研究——基于国际国内比较分析

【摘要】：随着我国老龄化进程加快,国民对长期护理保险的需求不断增长,亟需建立可持续发展的长期护理保险制度。本文在阐述建立长期护理保险制度政策背景的基础上,比较分析了发达国家长期护理保险制度和国内各省市试点实施的长期护理保险制度,总结国内外经验,按照取长补短的原则,就构建我国可持续发展的长期护理保险制度提出政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the aging process in China, the national demand for long-term care insurance is increasing, and it is urgent to establish a long-term care insurance system for sustainable development. On the basis of elaborating the policy background of establishing long-term nursing insurance system, this paper compares and analyzes the long-term nursing insurance system in developed countries and the long-term nursing insurance system implemented in various provinces and cities in China, and summarizes the experience at home and abroad. According to the principle of learning from each other, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the construction of long-term nursing insurance system for sustainable development in China.
