企业养老金调整影响因素的两维度分析

【摘要】：人口老龄化问题的加剧与养老金高比例调整影响到未来养老基金的收支平衡,养老金如何适度调整成为养老保险制度改革的焦点。养老基金收支一方面受经济增长的约束,另一方面又必须考虑社会的公平正义。文章通过对影响养老金调整的经济因素与社会因素的分析与权衡,测算未来适度调整比例,使养老金调整在保证老年群体购买力的同时,最大限度保证基金收支平衡,以维持养老保险制度的可持续。
[Abstract]:The aggravation of the aging population and the adjustment of the high proportion of pension will affect the balance of income and expenditure of the pension fund in the future. How to adjust the pension appropriately becomes the focus of the reform of the pension insurance system. On the one hand, pension fund income and expenditure are restricted by economic growth, on the other hand, social fairness and justice must be considered. By analyzing and weighing the economic and social factors that affect the adjustment of pension, this paper calculates the proportion of adjustment in the future, which ensures the purchasing power of the elderly and the balance of income and expenditure of the fund to the maximum extent. To maintain the sustainability of the old-age insurance system.
