中国人保大庆分公司员工培训项目管理研究

【摘要】:随着我国国民经济的快速发展,我国国民对金融产品特别是保险产品的种类和数量的需求都在不断上升,消费者需求层次的上升使得保险公司对保险产品的定位应该更加明确,这对保险公司的保险产品设计人员提出了更高的要求。而同时消费者对保险产品的了解和认识主要来源于保险公司销售人员的推荐,因此随着市场竞争的日益激烈,保险公司销售人员素质对其的重要性程度越来越高。公司经营环境的改变和知识经济时代的来临,使得保险公司员工素质对保险公司经营活动的影响呈上升趋势,保险公司对员工培训的关注度也有增无减。同时,多年的发展使得项目管理成为保险公司未来发展的重要运行模式之一。因此本文将保险公司核心职能之一的员工培训管理进行项目管理,实现保险公司员工培训活动与项目管理的有效结合是本文研究的特色之处。 本文首先分析了员工培训和项目管理等相关概念;然后在全面分析中国人保财险大庆分公司员工培训现状的基础上,总结并探讨了其现有员工培训活动所存在的问题及原因,从而验证了对其员工培训活动实施项目管理的可行性和必要性;最后将项目管理的相关理论和方法应用到中国人保财险大庆分公司员工培训的管理活动中,对中国人保财险大庆分公司员工培训活动的项目管理流程进行了深入研究,并以具体实例来进行说明,从而使员工培训活动的项目管理工作具体化和具备较强的可操作性,从而达到实现公司战略目标和员工职业生涯规划的双重目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our national economy, the demand for the types and quantity of financial products, especially insurance products, is constantly rising. The rise of consumer demand levels makes the positioning of insurance products more clear for insurance companies. This puts forward higher requirements for insurance product designers of insurance companies. At the same time, consumers' understanding and understanding of insurance products mainly come from the recommendation of insurance company sales personnel, so with the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the quality of insurance company sales personnel is becoming more and more important to it. With the change of business environment and the coming of knowledge economy era, the influence of insurance company's employee quality on insurance company's business activities is on the rise, and the attention of insurance company to employee training is also increasing. At the same time, with the development of many years, project management has become one of the important operation modes of insurance companies in the future. Therefore, this paper carries out project management of employee training management, which is one of the core functions of insurance companies, and realizes the effective combination of employee training activities and project management in insurance companies. This paper first analyzes the related concepts such as employee training and project management, and then summarizes and discusses the existing problems and reasons of the existing employee training activities on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of employee training in China PICC Daqing Branch. It verifies the feasibility and necessity of implementing project management to its employee training activities. Finally, the relevant theories and methods of project management are applied to the employee training activities of PICC Daqing Branch. In this paper, the project management process of employee training activities in Daqing Branch of China PICC is studied in depth, and illustrated with concrete examples, so that the project management of employee training activities can be concretized and have strong maneuverability. In order to achieve the company's strategic objectives and staff career planning dual purpose.
