【摘要】：正保险资金运用应服务中国的工业化进程。中国和西方已实现工业化的国家不一样,我们比西方在几个大方面都差得多,主要表现在:民族资本是否控制主要工业部门、本土企业是否具有持续的科技创新能力、装备工业能否为国防部门提供装备、本土企业能否控制上游的资源能源、国内企业是否有控制全国和全球市场的销售网络、财富是否以工资利润税收等形式
[Abstract]:The use of positive insurance funds should serve the industrialization process of China. Unlike the industrialized countries in the West, China is much worse than the West in several major aspects, mainly as follows: whether national capital controls the major industrial sectors, and whether local enterprises have the ability to innovate in science and technology on a sustained basis. Can the equipment industry provide equipment for the defense sector, local enterprises can control upstream resources and energy, whether domestic enterprises have control over the national and global market sales networks, and whether wealth is in the form of payroll and profit taxes, etc.
