【摘要】：保险经纪人在我国已经有十余年的发展经历。虽然我国的保险经纪人取得了一定成绩与认可,但相比较而言距离国际先进的保险经纪公司还是存在着相当大的差距,伴随着我国经济水平的稳步提升,公众的风险意识逐步加深,保险经纪公司在社会经济的发展之中应占有更好的发展地位,但是根据现阶段所掌握的情况和数据来看,我国的保险经纪公司发展并没有达到预期的效果。本文以昆仑保险经纪公司作为研究对象,在明确昆仑保险经纪公司发展现状的基础上,利用PEST分析法从政治环境、经济环境、社会环境以及技术环境四个方面剖析目前昆仑保险经纪公司的发展环境,并利用SWOT分析法从企业内部以及外部环境对昆仑保险经纪公司所面临的机会与威胁、优势与劣势进行了分析。在确定昆仑保险经纪公司发展战略指导思想及战略定位基础上,提出昆仑保险经纪公司今后发展战略的总体目标以及具体目标。其中总体战略目标包括:市场化战略、集团化战略、国际化战略以及外部整合战略。具体发展目标包括业务收入目标、服务机构设置目标、资本运营目标以及扩大子公司经营力度目标。从业务体系、人才引进、风险防范、技术创新四个方面对昆仑保险经纪公司战略实施进行规划。为保证总体战略以及具体目标的顺利实现,昆仑保险经纪公司应从强化公司管理体系、强化品牌建设、加强技术创新、改进人力资源管理、提升服务水平、完善资金监控管理几方面入手做好保障工作。
[Abstract]:Insurance broker in our country has more than ten years of development experience. Although China's insurance brokers have made certain achievements and recognition, compared with the international advanced insurance brokerage companies, there is still a considerable gap, along with the steady improvement of China's economic level. The public's awareness of risk has gradually deepened, and insurance brokerage companies should occupy a better position in the development of social economy. However, according to the situation and data available at this stage, The development of insurance brokerage companies in China has not achieved the desired results. This paper takes Kunlun Insurance Brokerage Company as the research object, on the basis of defining the present development situation of Kunlun Insurance Brokerage Company, using pest analysis method from the political environment, economic environment, This paper analyzes the development environment of Kunlun Insurance Brokerage Company from four aspects: social environment and technological environment, and uses SWOT analysis to analyze the opportunities and threats faced by Kunlun Insurance Brokerage Company from the internal and external environment. Strengths and weaknesses are analyzed. On the basis of defining the guiding ideology and strategic orientation of Kunlun Insurance Brokerage Company's development strategy, this paper puts forward the overall goal and concrete target of Kunlun Insurance Brokerage Company's development strategy in the future. The overall strategic objectives include: market strategy, collectivization strategy, internationalization strategy and external integration strategy. Specific development goals include business revenue objectives, service organization setting targets, capital operation targets and expansion of subsidiary management objectives. The strategic implementation of Kunlun Insurance Brokerage Company is planned from four aspects: business system, talent introduction, risk prevention and technological innovation. To ensure the smooth realization of the overall strategy and specific objectives, Kunlun Insurance Brokerage Company should strengthen its management system, brand building, technological innovation, human resource management and service level. Improve the monitoring and management of funds in several areas to do a good job of protection.
